"When are you going to leave?" Bianca asked. We are currently at her apartment. It has been three days since their wedding and she is now packing for their honeymoon trip.
"Five days from now, " I said while checking the stuff inside her bag and putting a check on her checklist.
"Aww... Can't you stay for a little while?"
"I still have a lot of unfinished work back in New York. I've been MIA for five months which is why I have to get back right away, " I said, pouting.
"That's just five months compared to the three years you've been away from home."
"Well, yeah, but–"
"Please, Lia. Three more days after we come back. Khaila and I just wanna bond with you. The other girls came home during Easter and Thanksgiving, you haven't so just stay. It's only three more days."
I shook my head. "Okay, fine. I'll wait for you and extend my stay."
"Yey!" she exclaimed before running to me and giving me a big hug.
"Are you sure you're not pregnant?" I asked, out of the blue.
She pushed me away and looked at me as if I have grown another head. "Of course not! Well, I mean, not yet. I mean, I'm not yet sure. Why did you ask?"
"Major major mood swing, " I said and we both laughed.
"I should be on my way. Damon's probably waiting downstairs," she said, zipping her bag.
"Alright. I'll lock up," I said, extending my hand to receive the key. She smiled and shook her head before handing them to me.
She was about to exit her apartment when I said, "Oh! I want a niece when you get back."
"Okay. Text me some suggestions on what positions we should do in order to create your niece, " she smirked before she exited, laughing. I was left in her apartment with my eyes wide open and my mouth left hanging.

"What you're saying is you'll stay for three more days after Bianca has returned which is after five days?" My mom said, clarifying the situation I am currently in.
"Yep. Guess you're stuck with me for a while longer," I said and my mom just chuckled.
"Fine by me. I'll be making cookies in the kitchen. I'll call you if they're ready," she said before walking to the kitchen.
I propped myself on the couch and just watched TV. I was scrolling through some channels when my phone rang. I looked at the caller ID and it showed an unregistered number.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Hey, " the voice on the other line said.
"May I know who's speaking, please?"
"It's Gabriel. I asked Bianca for your number."
"Oh, uhmm... Why'd you call?"
"Ahh, uhmm..."
