"Are you there yet?" Gabriel asked me if I have already arrived in the dormitory I'm going to stay in.

"Almost. Mr. Winters, stop worrying. I'm fine," I reassured him.

"It's the first time we've parted because even though we're enemies before, we never part which is kinda weird."

"I know the reason why."

"What is it?"

"You're already in love with me. You're just denying it," I laughed. I saw the cab driver looking into the rear view mirror. Probably, disgusted. Telling himself, "Kids these days." while shaking his head. Well, sorry not sorry. My baby and I will be apart for a very long time. "I'm almost there. I'll talk to you later, okay?"

"Okay."

"I love you, My Romeo."

"I love you more, My Juliet. Make sure you call me, okay?"

"Yes, sir. Bye!" I hung up. Not long after, I have arrived to my destination. I went to my dorm room and there I saw my roommate. I knocked on the door three times and she turned around to face me. "Uhmm... Raine Parkinson, right?"

"Yes. Lianna Tyler?" She asked and I nodded. I entered the room and closed the door using my foot. I set the box I was holding down and looked around the room.

It's pretty empty. On the left side of the room stands a single bed and on the right side, a bunk bed that has a computer table at the bottom.

"Is it okay if I get this right side?" She asked, smiling.

"Sure. I could sleep in whatever side I'm in anyways," I said before I heard my phone ring. "Hello?"

"Are you there now?"

"Yes, Gabriel. I have just arrived."

"Good, good."

"I told you that I'll be calling you."

"But it took you so long. I miss you already."

"I know, but you can't call me from time to time."

"I have to! I need updates."

"You are not my research paper, Gabriel," I said, suppressing a laugh.

"Ha ha. Very funny, babe."

"I'm okay, alright? I still have some things to work on."

"Okay, okay. I love you. Bye."

"I love you more. Bye," I said and then he hung up.

"That your boyfriend?" Raine asked.

"Yeah..." I smiled.

"He seems nice. You have a keeper there," She said while fixing her desk.

"Uhmm... I'm going out. Wanna come with?" I asked.

"No thanks, roomie. Aren't you going to fix your side?"

"I can do that later. I saw a cafe nearby. I just thought of getting some coffee."

"Alright. See you later." She said and then I grabbed my bag and went out of the room.

"One iced latte please," I told the woman behind the cashier.

"Anything else, ma'am?"

"Oh and uhmm... a cinnamon bun. That would be all," I said, getting cash from my bag and handing it to her. Not too long, I got my order and I carried my tray to an empty table. While eating, I just used my phone so it wouldn't look like I'm lonely or something.
