Louis POV
I climb back up the steps to see Harry sitting on the couch still. He's slowly falling asleep and I laugh at him. He sits up like nothing happened. What a lazy guy. He stands up off the couch and heads into the kitchen without a word.
"So, I was thinking of selling the old place, Eleanor's and my place. I think it's time." I say.
"Good." He says and smiles at me.
"I mean I have to call her, so she can sign for it to be sold. I have to meet up with her." I tell him.
"Are you going to be okay?" He asks.
"I think I am. I mean, it's about time, don't you think?" I ask.
"So, call her." He says and throws me the home phone. I copy the number from my phone and it begins to ring. She answers a few seconds later.
"Harry?" She asks.
"Uh, no it's Louis. I have a favor to ask you." I say.
"Oh. Oh, alright." She says awkwardly.
"I need you to sign the paperwork to sell our-the old flat." I say.
"Oh, okay. Do you want to me to mail it to you or-"
"I'd like to meet you today. I wanted to get this done and surprise my friend... Harry." I say. I can't tell her why I want to move out.
"Yes, I do know Harry." She says with a laugh.
"Right, so do you want to meet up and finish the paper? I think you just have a few things to sign, I'll figure out the rest." I tell her.
"Okay. Where do you want to meet up?" She asks.
"Do you just want to meet there?" I ask.
"It's a bit far from where I am now. We could do coffee." She suggests.
"Just name the place." I say. She tells me the address and I write it down. I give her a quick goodbye before I head out the door.
"Good luck!" Harry says by the time I'm down the stairs. I shout back a thanks and then it's time to give up one of the the last things connecting Eleanor and I.

I'm freaking out when I enter the place. She's in here somewhere. My heart is beating so quickly, just knowing she may be in the same room as me. I can do this, though. Just think of Phoebe and how happy she'll be. That works because I put on a brave face. I see Eleanor in the back, sitting with a cup of coffee. How many times had I been in this type of atmosphere with her? I can't even begin to count. Yet here she was for the last time with me and I honestly couldn't wait to leave. Just get the papers signed and go.
"Hey Louis." She says.
"Hi." I say and I even get a smile across my lips.
"So, you want to sell the place finally? I thought you'd never ask." She says.
"I mean at least you weren't paying for it all this time, right?" I say and I see that she takes it rudely.
"Well, you never would let me chip in for it." She says.
"Sorry, well here's the packet for you and a pen...oh! and this paper as well for the place." I say pulling out the three things from my coat pocket.
"So, where'd you move to?" She asks.
"Well, I've been living with Harry for awhile again. His idea." I say.
"Oh, so are you two-"
"No. You already knew the answer to that." I say quickly, slightly aggravated.
"Sorry. Well, that's nice, living with your best mate. A bit awkward when he brings a girl home, though." She says trying to joke around.
"Yeah." I say with a laugh. Now that I think about it, I haven't seen a girl in the place for awhile. I mean maybe there were when I wasn't living there.
"Stan is good, by the way." She says and breaks my thoughts. I'm so tempted right now to tell her that I didn't ask about the guy, but I don't. I just have to get this over with.
"That's great." I say effortlessly. I can do this, just a few more minutes.
"So, my mum called me the other day and mentioned the funniest thing. She said you had a girlfriend! And I said no way he has time for that!" She says with a laugh that makes me awkwardly laugh in return.
"Well, anyways, I do have a girlfriend. Her name is Phoebe." I say. Eleanor looks up at me and the expression is unreadable.
"That's great." She repeats the same tone and everything when she mentioned Stan before.
"Yeah she's really nice. She lives across the hall from Harry and me." I tell her.
"Super." She says and puts the pen down on the table. I hide my smirk. Okay, something tipped her off.
"So, are you all set?" I ask, pointing to the papers.
"I believe so. Call me if you need me to do anything else. It's nice to see you and good luck with Phoebe." She says before leaving the store. She leaves quite rapidly and I can't help but smile to myself. It seems me moving seemed impossible to her, but here I am, happy and gloating. What a funny day. Oh this is so weird. Who knew moving on would be so much fun?

I took the elevator up to my old flat to remove any things I could possibly need. Upon entry, I realized I didn't need a lot of the things here. I had a couch at my current place, and I had all the other important things like lamps and dressers. All I needed were some pictures, which were going to be a bit of a challenge to come by here. I had, of course, family pictures, but I also needed others. I had a few plaques and awards, other fun things, but I needed a genuine picture of the guys and me. We had award show pictures hung, but we need a real group photo, something we haven't done in awhile. Do I need a picture of Phoebe and me? I mean I would love to have one just to keep, yet I stand here and wonder if she'll let me take one of us. My mum would love to see what she looks like, but Phoebe won't be around to take one before Christmas. The movie premier, of course! I'm sure someone has a picture. All this fuss over one girl, I must be crazy. My phone rings seconds later, showing Phoebe's name on the screen.
"Hey Bee." I say and hear her laugh.
"Hi Louis. So, I've been to my parents house and my mum and I talked. She's missed me! She's also letting me pick Thomas up from school and their exchange student Dahlia, who's going to be nice to me, I hope. My mum says she's sweet, but I don't know how she's going to feel about me-"
"I'm sure she'll love you." I tell her and I can almost feel her smile throughout the phone.
"I hope so." She says.
"Oh! I forgot to text you. I met up with Eleanor today." I tell her.
"What?" She asks, sounding a bit angry.
"Not like that! I met up with her to get the papers signed to sell my old place. The place I had with her." I explain.
"Really? Are you all good?" She asks.
"Great! I got everything I needed and left the place in an hour. All I needed were some other clothes and pictures. Nothing much." I tell her.
"That's great, Louis. Were you okay when you met up with her?" She asks.
"Yeah, I was fine! Even in a bit of a rush to leave. She was actually the one to bring you up and was talking about how I couldn't possibly have someone. You should have seen her face, she was bragging about Stan and then was really confused." I tell her.
"Well, I'm happy it worked out." She says.
"Shouldn't you be picking up your brother?" I ask, seeing the time.
"Yeah, in a minute. Well, I better leave. I want to be on time to get them." She says.
"Alright, I'll talk to you soon. Have fun with your brother." I tell her.
"Thank you, for everything. Bye." She says before ending the call. All I can think about is how happy she must be. Then I realize how happy I am. Next week when I see her I'm going to take her out on a nice date to make up for a missed Christmas.
