I take a deep breath as I bring my hand up to the key hole of my apartment door. The keys jangle slightly, as my hand is shaking a little due to the fact that Phil text me during the day saying that he had something to tell me when I got home. I have no idea what this could be, but every part of me is praying that he's not breaking up with me, as that is what you say to someone when you are, but this is Phil, so it could be anything.
The keys turn in the door and I push it open slowly before peeping my head around the door to check if Phil is standing behind the door like he usually does; he's not there. That's not a good sign. Not at all.
I tread into the apartment quietly, hoping that Phil hasn't heard me come in. I hang my coat onto my hook, place my keys on the side table and pull out my phone to place beside them. Everything seems calm; too calm. Unnervingly calm to be exact.
As I turn around to make my way to the lounge where Phil most likely is, I'm instantly met by a huge pair of eyes staring up at me expectantly, but they aren't Phil's eyes; these eyes are a deep brown. I'm going to murder Phil.
"Phil!" I yell through the hallway and when I get no answer I assume that he's ignoring me, so I shout louder. "Phil, get your ass out here now!"
"What?" he calls from the kitchen and his voice wavers slightly. "I can't hear you."
The lying, little piece of shite. Who does he take me for?

I make my way into the kitchen with the little bundle of joy following closely behind until I reach the kitchen door and the animal runs into my legs causing me to fall forward slightly.
"Phil, what the hell is this dog doing here?" I huff, as I pick the dog from the floor holding it much like you would a baby that just threw up all over your clothes. "If you bought this dog, I swear to god I will-"
                              "Will what?" he gulps nervously.
"I'll hide my cereal for a week," I threaten knowing that he can't survive without my cereal.
"I'll just buy some then," he smirks.
                              "Then I'll hide that."
He scrunches his face up in thought and his shoulders instantly drop as the realisation hits him, "Damn."
"So you did buy this dog," I crook an eyebrow. "Phil, you didn't even talk to me about it."
"I did," he smiles awkwardly. "Remember, we were watching that dog show and-"
"And I told you no," I smirk, whilst taking a proper look at the pup. His eyes are a deep brown, which compliment his light brown fur and his tongue sticks out slightly to the right. "Where did you even get this dog?"
Phil chews his lip nervously before squeaking, "Dog shelter."
                              I raise my eyebrows, "He's a rescue?"
Phil nods and places a bowl of gruel onto the floor and looks up at me expectantly.
"Phil, I know we have had takeaways for a while now, but there is no way that I'm eating that!" I turn my nose up in disgust, as Phil laughs. "Look, the dog doesn't want that."
"The dog is called Mr Tiddles," he states. "And that would be Mr Tiddles' favourite dinner."
I frown at the pup and carefully place him to the floor. He scuttles over to the bowl, practically diving into the food in excitement, as he begins munching away happily. I guess it is his favourite. I don't see the appeal myself, but I guess that's because I'm a human and not a starving pup.
"We need to change that name, Phil," I smile, whilst shaking my head and I make my way out of the kitchen towards our bedroom. Has he seriously called that dog Mr Tiddles? What type of name is that?
"Why?" Phil frowns seemingly hurt. "It suits him."
                              I laugh, "No, it doesn't."
"What would you call him then?" Phil crooks an eyebrow, as he crosses his arms over his chest. His breathing now slowing and he holds his head high; I think he's learnt by now that I can never say no to simple, kind gestures like this.
My eyes dart to the right in thought, as I pull off my shirt from work, "I'd call him Mad-eye Moody." The cotton material falls to the bed, as I pick up my jogging bottoms, which I instantly change into after work.
I'm a simple editor - magazine editor - and I love my job. It's extremely fun; I get to Photoshop images, edit pages and design the layouts. I even help Phil out sometimes for his merchandise or when he needs a new design for his page.
Phil is a you-tuber. He creates videos online - not the weird sort - they're usually stories or comedy sketches and they never fail to make me laugh even when I'm in the most depressed of moods. I'm in a few of them actually; his fans love me apparently.
"Nope," he states. "Not happening. "I'm not naming him after a Harry Potter character."
"They're a similar colour though?" I protest. I really love Harry Potter, so it's only fair that my passion is passed onto the dog.
"Mad-eye is ginger. Mr Tiddles is light brown," Phil crooks an unimpressed eyebrow.
"What about Shadow?" I raise my eyebrows in a hope to convince him, as I actually quite like the name shadow. It's mysterious.
Phil bites his lip and tilts his head, "But he's not black."
                              "So," I shrug. "It's ironic."
"I like it," he remarks, as a small smile graces his lips. "Does this mean we can keep him?"
His hands clasp together and his eyes widen, which makes it extremely hard for me to say no. Who could say no to that face? The way his eyes shimmer, as if they are the sea reflecting the sun and the way his cheeks tint a red in excitement. This is why I find myself wrapping my arms slowly and lovingly around his waste before bringing his lips to mine in a sweet, affectionate kiss. I honestly do love him. Even if he does do some extravagant things like buying a puppy, or eating my cereal day in day out, or even if he decides to sit in Starbucks all day instead of filming.
A smile forms onto my lips, as I purr, "What do you think?"

Phan One Shots
FanfictionHere are just some Phan (Dan and Phil) one shots I decided to write on evenings when I'm sitting, bored at home. There won't be any major triggers, only some angst. Otherwise the majority of the stories will be pure fluff, with a touch of angst to...
