I know, once again, I am sorry for the late update. I have been having exams, quizzes and papers back to back so I couldn’t update. Just to show how deep I am buried in work, I have my first nursing exam on Tuesday. I sacrificed some of my today’s studying to post this so let’s hope it does not bite me!

Adonis POV

One Day Ago! (This is before their fight!)

"I am sick of Azazel Osiris!" I barged into our bedroom, slamming the door behind me. Osiris was looking out the window staring at the waterfall; he always gazes at the view longingly. I knew he wanted to go out but I was too paranoid so I refused him. It was a few days after his "dictator" episode so he was doing okay which was why doctor Rawl and I were doing more research in case it was just temporary. He look better than I had ever seen him since he woke up from the coma but I still didn't want to risk him going outside.

Without looking away from the scenery, he replied, "ignore him."

"You always say ignore him but that’s impossible. He is rude, cruel and do not know the meaning of privacy!" I snapped at my mate who was too busy gazing outside to partake into what I consider a life and death situation.

"Pay him no mind." He mumbled quietly getting more entertainment from the birds that were drawn to the window from his presence to pay attention to me; he was an odd one.

"Fine, if you refuse to do something then I will." I cracked my knuckles, my patience drying out.

"You cannot beat Azazel, he's a god." Osiris sighed tiredly, finally turning to me.

"Watch me!" I snarled, stomping away.

"Come back I will listen." He sat on the bed and patted the space next to him.

I marched to him but didn't sit down. I stood, my arms folded in anger.

"What did he do now?" He asked smirking at my army pose.

"He interferes with every test doctor Rawl and I conduct. He is always around adding unnecessary comments, being his rude and conceited self. Don't even get me started on how he dismisses our every theory by bringing up irreverent things. He's everywhere I go even when I take a shower. How can that not bother you? You are the most jealous person alive!" I ranted angrily. Osiris scowled at me for my comment on his jealousy. He rubbed his temple and stared at me seriously.

"You know he is doing all of this to get a rise out of you right? Judging from how angry you are it is working."

"No normal person can tolerate Azazel's comments so of course I get angry!" I sneered.

"I do," Osiris pointed out.

"Yeah but you are not normal," I dismissed him.

"Thanks for that;" he narrowed his eyes.

"I am serious Osiris, take care of Azazel or I will." He let out a deep breath and stood up, walking towards me.

"Ignore Azazel," he told me.

"No, not this time," I refuse; a playful smile graced his lips and he lay his palm over my chest.

"Ignore him," he commanded.

"No," I shook my head.

Osiris ran his hands under my shirt, smirking when I shivered. "Ignore him," he repeated tipping toe. Before I could say no, his warm lips grazed the skin on my neck and I hissed in pleasure. His lips expertly teased my neck, causing me to forget what we were just talking about. He was becoming so good at this, but what can I say, he has a good teacher. I groaned and held onto his waist when he licked my skin with his tongue, his mouth traveling towards my jugular. He bit down on my chin and kiss the corner of my mouth, dodging my lips; freaking tease! He continued to kiss along my jaw until he reached my right ear.
