Hello Everyone, here is another chapter of Osiris. This is a two part chapter. Rivers of the Underworld part one and two. I will update part two when I get the chance. I truely dislike thie chapter. But I needed to update it in order to move the story to part two.

Third Person POV

“You are coming with us to Tartarus?” Arion narrowed his eyes suspiciously at Ramic. “Why in the world would you want to come with us? You said it earlier; the place will be our graveyard.”

After Zion, Helios and Cyan woke up, Adonis told them about his dream including Osiris’ revelation about their destiny and how if they are not careful, their vengeful blood will destroy their lives. He explained that he thought Osiris would have agreed with Arion about finding Eon instead of participating in the war. While he tried his best to explain the specifics of his dream, he failed to mention Osiris’ memory lost. To Adonis, telling others about it would make the fact that his mate forgot him real.

At the moment, they were standing in Ajax’s grand living room gawking at Ramic. He had arrived just when they were about to leave and dropped a bombshell that he would be coming with them to Tartarus.

“I am coming, and I don’t intend to die,” Ramic took a relaxing stance with his arms behind his head.

“Arion has a point; we cannot trust you-”

“And you shouldn’t.” Ramic cut Zion off. “Make no mistake I am coming because this would be a good opportunity to gain an advantage over the pure bloods. All of you seem to have some sort of connection with Lord Eon; that makes me believe that there might be a slight chance the journey to Tartarus could be successful. Having Lord Eon in our custody would guarantee our victory in this war.”

Arion, Helios, Adonis, Cyan, Zion and even Grim stared at each other uneasily when Ramic revealed his reasons for wanting to come to Tartarus. Grim swallowed already seeing the many things that could go wrong with Ramic’s plan. He was assuming obtaining Lord Eon would be like taking candy from an infant.

“Can I stay behind?” Zion complained. He too could almost predict Osiris’ reaction when he learned that Ramic intend to capture and use him.

“No matter how many different scenarios I played out in my head I don’t see this turning out good.” Cyan groaned knowing things were getting very complicated.

“Let him come, it’s his funeral,” Helios shrugged casually, easing the tense atmosphere.

“You should all be happy that I am coming on this little outing,” Ramic frowned, staring at the nervous expressions on the others’ faces.

“Why is that?” Cyan asked emotionless.

“Do you have any idea how to get to Tartarus? If you are relying on Grim Ga Grim then you might as well give up. I have connections and means to take us so you should all be begging me to come along,” Ramic told them slowly like he was explaining things to children.

“We will find a way,” Helios said stubbornly even though he could see Ramic’s point.

“No we won’t.” Arion disagreed. He knew already that bringing Ramic along would benefit them. What had him reluctant were the man’s reasons for wanting to come with them. As Osiris’ guardian, there was an inner need to do what would be best for Osiris. Closing his eyes, Arion wondered if this need was clouding his judgment. Ramic’s presence might piss off Osiris but he was the only one who could help them. “He has a point and we would be foolish not to take advantage of his help.”
