Chapter XXI - Altissia, City on the Sea

"The government issued a statement promising that the reasons behind awakening the Hydraen would be clarified in the ceremonial address."

Voice of a reporter from radio caught the attention of Noctis, Prompto, Gladiolus, Kat, Ignis and Cid as they had Altissian entrance in their sights.

"Delivering the address will be Lady Lunafreya, who was previously reported dead. This will be her first public appearance since the violence that befell the signing ceremony."

"Lady Lunafreya's gonna give a speech?" Prompto curiously wondered.

"Sound like it." Gladio answered.

"Lord know—this world could use some wisdom." Cid commented.

"And hope." Kat added.

They made their way barely inside Altissia by using a 30 year old entry permit, thanks to Cid of course. As they entered inside the Altissian waters, Kat was mesmerized by the beauty of the city filled with many waterfalls. She couldn't help but to feel so many souls filled with love in this city. It held completely different atmosphere then the entire Lucis. However there was a reason for it. Accordo wasn't ravaged by war like Lucis was. Lucis held many scars that need ages until they heal.

Cid parked the boat at the dock and they all went out. The Regalia was inside the boat, but because Altissia had to roads and it was city on the water with only gondolas to navigate through city, their precious car had to stay in the boat. They made their way of the docks, but as they were to enter the city, a voice from the gatekeeper stopped them from entering. Geez...this place really is trying to stay secured...

"Sir!" Gatekeeper behind the desk in the booth caught their attention. "What is the purpose of your visit?" He questioned, his eyes on perplexed Noctis.

"Purpose? Uh..." Noctis looked towards his friend with pleading look to help him and Kat couldn't help but sigh.

"Leave this to me."

Noctis and the rest of his friends along with Cid looked at Kat as she pushed her long black hair behind her shoulders and then pulled the V neck tee shirt down to expose more of her cleavage. The five men around her immediately become surprised, and all of their eyes were completely on her breast as she adjusted them in her black bra and made them pop out to look even bigger than they usually are.

Cid placed his hand over his heart by the sudden excitement in his body. The rest of the young boys were no different. Prompto was blushing like mad, Ignis was trying not to get affected by it but it was hard and Gladiolus was smirking at the sight, since it wasn't his first time he checked her out in such a way. However, for Noctis it was something new. He never usually check out girls or stared at their breast, it was kind of inappropriate for a Prince to do so. He was suddenly aroused by the sight of her breast and immediately looked away to hide the reddish paint on his face and the excitement in his body.

Kat was well aware that the men around her were all affected by it and that gave her more confidence that she will managed to make the gatekeeper give them a pass inside the city without their police taking them to their station because of suspicion. Kat took a deep breath and passed by Noctis before landing her elbows on the desk before the gatekeeper and making sure her breasts were in his sight.

"Hi." Kat greeted him with a smile, but the man's eyes were suddenly glued at the breast she was showing him. "Um, my friends and I are here on a vacation to enjoy the sights." Kat told the man. "Passports are in order?" Kat wondered innocently, charming him physically.

"Uh, yes—no!" The man answered, smiling and finally glancing towards her eyes. "You may enter."

"Thank you!" Kat exclaimed. "You are a sweetheart." Kat's voice was laced with seduction and she turned to leave while her eyes stayed on him.
