Chapter 32

Ratchet<<
I stared at Maddie as she slowly walked around the med bay in circles so i could see if she had a concusion.
"Ratchet!" a scream echoed through base. I stared at Maddie as she looked around.
"Mom?" She asked and ran through the doors but was pushed back by her father who was carrying her mother.
"Ratchet! The babys coming!" Ironhide yelled as he laid the panting holoform of Alexis.
"Grahhhh" she yelled as her hands held her stomach in a protective way. She squeezed her eyes shut and tried to grab whatever was near her. Ironhide ran over and grabbed her hand and held it tightly. I needed his help but he was her hero and she was the damsel in distress who needs a hero right now so i commed Optimus.
"Here we go again." I muttered under my breath.

"Optimus? I need your help the baby is coming"

*okay i shall be there soon*

I dont know what his definition of soon is but as soon as i ended the comm link he walked through the door. Okay then. He walked over to me and i shook my head.
"Could you just at least try to walk a little faster?" I asked and i heard a small laugh come from the medical berth. I looked over at Alexis and she had a small smile on her face as sweat dripped down her forehead.
"Funny, doc, Funny." She mumbled and i wasn't going to reprimend her for calling me doc but i will as soon as  she gives birth and is feeling better. Maddie and Ironhide stood close to Alexis and watched with careful eyes as Alexis peered at them through her eyelashes. She squeezed Maddie and Ironhides hand and then screamed again.
"Alexis im going to have to as you to push on three okay?" Alexis nodded but screamed again.
"One, two-"
"HURRY UP!" she cried and i smiled and said three. She pushed three times and Ironhide watched as Maddie tried not to throw up as she saw her mom giving birth to her sibling. As soon as her second child was born Alexis felt better. She needed to get out and get some air so i took the baby for a while before having it named and she sped out of base.

Alexis <<
The road was winding and twists and turned lied everywhere. I sped through the road and made it to the town. A big blsck GMC topkick pulled up next to me and i smiled.
"Why did you follow me ironhide?" i asked as his holoform got out of his vehicle. 
"Figured you would want to go baby shopping." He said "mind if i tag along?"
"Well i mean you are already here...so why not?" I laughed. We stepped inside the babies r us and went to the clothes section. We pulled out a gender neutral outfit so we could suprise the rest of base. We already knew what gender the baby was so why not surprise everyone. They all knew i was pregnant again so why dont i just have a little fun with this. We picked up a few more outfits and stoped by the toy section for a moment. We went to a party store across the street and bought some balloons and slilly string. We paid for everything and then left. When we finally made it back to base we went and found a box. We tied the balloons to the outfit and stuffed them in the box. We sealed it and handed Maddie and Ratchet a can of silly string and ironhide and myself will hold the baby. Everyone gathered around the big box that was placed in the dead middle of the main hanger and i spoke for a minute.
"So before we reveal the gender why dont we go enjoy some wonderful lunch that some soliders and i made up for all of you." We walked out of the room last making sure no one peeked inside the box and then we went to the kitchen. We stood at the entrance and stared at the beautiful blue eyes of the baby that had came into our world in such a beautiful way. I came up with a name and whispered it to Ironhide.
"Perfect." He said grabbing the baby and walking back to the box.

After everyone ate and we were all full we all headed back out to the main hanger. We crowded around the box in a way that everyone could see and then we opened it.

"Pink and blue?" Suprise guess you didnt see that one coming!
"Twins!" Ironhide and i yelled happily at the same time! One a girl and one a boy! Lyndsey and Cameron!" I shouted over the loud claps. My dad stood with a huge smile on his face. Best day ever.

I tried to make it a bit longer for you guys! HOLY CRAP WE MADE IT TO 3K! I SAW THIS AND I STARTED CRYING! THANK YOU GUYS!!
