Sideswipes pov I held the small box in my hand. I really hope Cael says yes. I planned everything out already! Alexis got her things for her birthday that's basically go along with this whole thing. She is such a great help sometimes. I walked to Cael and Alexis. "Hey Alexis wanna help me out real quick? Then we can do presents?" I smiled at Cael. She nodded and waved at Cael as we walked away.
Alexis's pov I called Lennox over to help me finish up with sideswipes tuxedo. I gave him the flowers to give to her.

A sky blue long dress and silver stilettos. Nice. I fixed her hair and makeup and I took her to the main hallway. She smiled at me, "Am I going to know what's going on anytime soon?" She asked "Maybe" I smiled back
Sideswipes pov I walked to the main hanger and stood in the middle. The ring in my hands. I was shaking uncontrollably badly. "What if she said no, what if I mess up, what if- " I stared asking Alexis
"Sideswipe shake it off and get your butt to the main hanger" Alexis said through the com link. I fixed my outfit and walked out. A few minutes later I saw Cael walking in as Alexis followed. She looked stunning. Absolutely amazing. I shook off my nerves and walked over to her. "You ready for your presentt?" I asked "Sure" she said smiling up at me. I nodded and handed her the small box. She opened it and her eyes widened. She looked up at me and I got down on one knee.
"Cael, wow. We have come so far in life and it's amazing how you've stuck with me. Through thick and thin, through our highs and lows. But I wanna continue going through it all with you. You give me a feeling that I've never felt when I'm around anyone. Love. Ratchet told me." She giggled a bit and only now did I realize she was crying. "You mean more than just a word to me though Cael so I want to show you how much you mean to me, every waking hour, every sleepless night, every laugh from a baby...our baby, I want to be there for it all. Cael Lennox, will you marry me?" I asked. She was staring down at me, her hands shaking, her tears falling, but what caught my attention the most was the smile. Her smile told me everything she wanted to say, without saying anything at all. She nodded and I jumped up. "Really?!" I asked excitedly and she nodded again and I kissed her.
Ironhides pov So after that little engagement thing between sides and Cael, Alexis and I bid her a happy birthday and a congrats then we went back with the kids to our room. Even Maddie came back with us. We all laid down on the berth and just talked.
"How is training going Maddie?" Alexis asked laying on my chest plating letting lyndsey crawl on her chest.
"Great, ratchets teaching me a bunch of new things too!" Maddie replied.
"You really like the mech huh?" I asked
"Huh? W-what are you talking about dad?" She asked me faking confusion.
Alexis's pov I snuggled a little closer to Ironhide when Maddie picked up lyndsey and played with her. Cameron rested in Ironhides hand. I smiled at lyndsey.
"Honey we know you like him. It's not that much of a secret."
"Not fair." She frowned
"Totally fair, im your mother, I feel everything you do." I smiled proudly at her.
"Shhh!" She put a finger to her lips "don't tell dad."
"I already know. Your faceplates change when your around him, you always smile when you see him and honestly I think he likes you too." Ironhide said
"Guys!" Lyndsey said throwing her free hand up and holding lyndsey in the other.
"Okay look, Ratchet may not know you like him yet but give it a little time."
"Mom!"
"Haha fine I'm done now. But seriously don't get too hung up on him" I pointed at her
"MOM!"
"Okay I'm done."
"Finally"
"But I'm not" Ironhide said proudly and Maddie groaned. I laughed at the two. We talked for a while until everyone except Ironhide fell asleep.
I woke up and I was wrapped in Ironhides arms. I opened my optics and he opened his.
"Good morning" he said. His husky morning voice never stoped wooing me.
"Morning" I said stretching. "Where are the kids?" I asked
"Last night I put them all to bed for you" he said smiling down at me
"Thank you" I said reaching up and kissing him.
"Your welcome, especially if I get that kind of treatment. Man I'll do it everyday." He laughed and so did I.
