Tim tells Jay that he and Brian live next door, right? Yeah. So.
When Alex attacked Brian, like, they trashed the house, what did Tim do? I mean, there were bullets on the floor and the couch was turned- this made hella sure lots of noises.
Wren's and my theory:
Tim attacked Brian. Like. They got into a fight.
Maybe Brian found out about The Operator and Tim's past and confronted Tim? After all, Brian became Hoodie after he had been attacked- and we all know that one of Hoodie's goal has been to expose Tim as a liar.
This theory would also explain why there had been Tim's pills in Brian's house.
But it would not explain the bullets and the condition of the house. So it's pretty likely that Alex attacked them while they were fighting. Maybe Tim left Brian on his own while Alex wasn't looking? You know, ran away at first chance at let Brian die?
