~POV Alexa~
I can't believe that i burned my hand on the side of the pot of soup. God I am such an idiot. Who does that? Ugh! Just to make things worse, I completely just went ahead and freaked out Ravi. Wow can this day get any worse? Oh well, at least the guys are coming over tomorrow.
~ A Few Hours Later~
"Okay, I have just made plans for the guys to come over tomorrow at about 5:30. Is that enough time to get the house ready for them?" Ravi looked kind of worried as he asked that question.
"5:30 is perfect Ravi. It's plenty of time to get the house clean and at least get a start on dinner." I began putting the plates in the sink and i wanted to wash them. However, Ravi wouldn't let me.
"Aniyo!!! What are you doing noona? You are going to ruin the dressing on your hand." He completly freaked out and rushed me into the living room. Wow I feel like a child being told no for doing something that I normally do.
"Bootakamnida Ravi let me do something. I am so bored sitting out here." Of course, as I ask something like that, he has finished already. I look up at the clock and it's only 8:30.
"Ravi, lets watch a movie before we go to bed. What do you want to watch?"
"Oooh lets watch Shutter. I hear that it's supposed to be a good movie."
"Okay!" Little did I know that Shutter was a horror movie and something that I did not enjoy.
Ravi put the movie in and pressed play. "If you get scared, I'm right here." He was at least making an attempt to make me feel better. I cuddled with him under our warm blanket on the couch, turning my head every now and again into his chest to hide from the scary parts. I eventually passed out during the middle of the movie.
Ravi had noticed that I had fallen asleep and carried me into our room. He places me into bed, and gets into the shower. When he gets out and dressed, he was combing his hair, and something fell off of the counter. I had woken up when the object hit the floor.
"Ravi, what are you doing?"
"I'm sorry I woke you up, go back to sleep, I will be there in a minute."
I eventually passed back out, but I felt Ravi climb back into bed before I did. He kissed my cheek and forehead lightly and smiled. He rolled over, turned out the light, and wrapped his arms around me. We were both sound asleep within 10 minutes.
