~POV Alexa~
I can't sleep to save my life. I was up about every 20 minutes. I don't even know why. I would get comfortable and almost pass out, and then open my eyes and not sleep. I roll over to look at Ravi, and he is sleeping like a baby. Wow, I can't believe that he can sleep so peacefully, and I can't sleep at all. This so sucks. And to make things worse, Ravi is snoring and I can't even sleep. Now I know why I try to pass out BEFORE he is asleep.
"Ravi? Are you awake?" He snores really loudly and dosen't wake up. Well, that answers that question.
The next morning, I wake up Ravi at about 7:30. "Hey, you have to wake up. N will be here in 2 hours to come pick you up."
"Ugh. Aniyo! I'm too tired to go to work. And on top of that, I don't feel good." I jump out of bed and look for a thermometer. It took me a few moments to find it, and put it into his mouth.
"Well, you are running a mild fever. Let me call N."
"Okay. I don't feel that good either. Like in my stomache."
"Alright. Where is your phone?" Right at that moment i heard a knock at the door. "Stay here. You aren't going to work. You are staying in bed and getting better." I ran down stairs to find N standing at the front door. "Hey N. I know it's short notice but Ravi is burning up with a fever and he is having tummy problems." N just smiled at my last statement and asked to see Ravi. I can't refuse him not being able to see his coworker. He came in and felt his forehead.
"Yah! Ravi you feel like an inferno! Stay hime for the rest of the week. I will tell manager and the CEO. I'm sure that Alexa will take good care of you." He gives me the weirdest smile and leaves.
