Once again, you are stuck with another two parter. Unfortunately my chapters are getting longer and its not fair to make you guys sit there and read pages of text.
We are over half way through the story and hopefully you are all still with me. Even if I have become a bit quiet over the last few weeks. I apologise for that but I have had 3 MASSIVE assignments due that count for over half my final grade, so they do take priority.
But slowly and surely we will continue on and eventually make it all the way to the end.

'Sam, do you know where you're going?' Jet said as they trudged down the basement stairs.
They walked past the large old freezers, sporadically set against the concrete walls. This part of the house had barely been touched. It was only ever used for storing their blood supply.
'Yes.' She snapped. 'When we left England, I found out everything I could about this place and I stumbled upon a hole, which led to....' Sam trained her eyes on the concrete slab below her. 'I know it's here.' She muttered under her breath.
Sam moved toward a darkened corner and crouched down.
'Here.' Sam called out, her voice muffled by the dust.
Jet walked after Sam, he could feel the slight breeze, gently toying with his hair. Sam disappeared down a dark hole.
'Come on.' Her voice rippled out.
Jet jumped down after her. It was dark, even with his night time ability. Darkness consumed them, like a living thing, it pushed and pulled on their subconscious, staining their thoughts. The scraping of their feet on the dirt was their only companion. Jet focused his mind on the positive, his knowledge that they could save her and his fear dispersed and he was filled with hope.
'We're going to save her and everything will be fine.' Sam whispered, her eyes focused on the inky black.
The tunnel sloped and he could feel the shift beneath his feet. They continued in silence, not confident enough of being truly alone.
They could finally see the faint glimmers of moonlight as it lit up the faults on the coarse stone wall. Jet was surprised that the structure was still standing, let alone locked with metal bars. They could hear the muffled crunch of wet leaves and hid in the shadows, searching through the iron bars for the person those boots belonged to. They waited, his boots seemed to have stilled and Jet hesitantly moved closer. He kept his body still, trying not to disturb his surroundings. The man had his back to them, hand splayed against a tree and the smell of urine passing through the air. Jet retreated as Sam shot him a questioning look but he ignored it, focused only on the outside noise. Eventually, they heard his boots depart and Sam edged closer to the gate, her fingers curling around the cool metal, stabilising it as she gave it one hard yank. The gate unsticking from its long hold. Sam pointed to a small door, just across this open patch of grass.
'Through that door. First left. Stay low.' Sam whispered.
Jet dashed across to the door, gently opening it and squirming inside. He took careful steps through the tunnel, the stone beneath him likely to echo. He turned left and continued down the corridor, stopping only when the path split. Fingers curled over Jet's shoulder and he froze, cursing himself for getting this close only to lose.
'Follow me.' They whispered.
Jet's body relaxed, he'd be able to pick Sam's voice anywhere. He silently laughed at himself for his mistake. He must have been tenser than he realised. How could he ever mistake his sister's hand for another? He followed after her, chasing that tightly wound bun, unmoving on her head.
They approached an archway, there were large barrels blocking the way. They ducked behind them as voices drifted down to their hiding spot.
'Do you know what he wants with that human?'
'I donno, but it has to be important, he has put her on a tight leash, that girl can't go anywhere. It's like Rapunzel all over again.'
'Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair.' They laughed at their inside joke.
'Rapunzel?' Sam's question appeared like vapour in his mind.
He gave a half shrug, too afraid to move to fast.
'We have to get past those guards.' Jet thought quickly.
Sam rolled her eyes. 'Trust me. I know what I'm doing.'
Jet had seen that downturn of her mouth, a sign that she was more worried than she was letting on. Georgia must have down something to have this affect from Nick.
'Oh, did you hear? Isabella is helping out.' His voice was harsh, almost frothing with disdain.
'You're kidding.' The Rapunzel guy said.
'Nope. She is looking after the girl, bringing her food and such.'
Jet cursed himself. He knew that this had to be another ploy to get Nate, she was obsessed with him and her reaction when Nate rejected her, had been violent. He was terrified of what she might do in private.
'They're gone.'
Sam moved, throwing Jet out of his thoughts and moving silently towards the stairs, traveling onwards in search of Georgia's room and praying that Sam actually had a plan.
Georgia's stomach growled until she woke. A steaming plate of bacon and eggs sat invitingly next to her. She noted how crisp the bacon was, how gooey the eggs looked and how good the smell of toast was. She carefully reached out and she saw how thin her arms had become. It lulled her back into her pitch black mind of emptiness. But the smell lingered just under her nose and her stomach gnawed at her, tearing apart her insides. She couldn't remember the last thing she ate. She sat up and stared at the food, hoping it would ease the tension but it only made it worse. She reached out again, her hands shook with uncertainty as she touched the bacon. She could hear it crack in response. She inspected it for anything amiss. Nick had been known to slip drugs into her food because how else could she explain the hallucinations and voices that pestered her to get up.
'Eat it.' The voice slipped into her mind, demanding attention.
She mechanically took a bite, her teeth chewed like a machine and the sharp chunks hurt her throat going down.
Once the food hit her empty stomach, she launched. Her hands covered in yolk as she scooped the food into her mouth. Her clawing stomach, now overloaded with food. She leaned back, heaving like she had ran 10km, smearing yolk through her bed sheets.
'Alice.' Nick said pleasantly from the doorway.
Georgia turned, automatically responding to that name, she reminded herself of her real name, terrified that one day she would forget who she really was. Nick walked closer, his hard soled dress shoes clacking against the stone floor, the sound reverberating in Georgia's ears and he sat down next to her. His hands placed delicately on her shoulders. She hated this part of her day, he had stopped only when she refused to eat. Georgia mover her hair, displaying her bare neck like a feast. She should be covered in scars but as luck would have it, no one could ever see her scars. Her eyes focused on his tailored black pants with their middle crease, his shiny black shoes, their square toes glaring out. Something churned in her stomach, her body reacting to her bent position. Georgia reared and threw up, her breakfast fell into Nick's lap and splashed onto his waistcoat. She leaned back, mortified at what she had done but she quickly hid that small smile that creeped onto her lips.
'I'm so sorry.' Georgia whispered, averting her gaze.
Nick stood up, the liquid sliding over those perfectly creased pants. She could feel his fury, his belief that it had been intentional. There was no way to convince him otherwise and Georgia would pay for it. He stormed out and slammed the door, she heard him screaming on the other side. Georgia wandered into the bathroom, in need of cleaning herself up.
