Georgia opened her eyes to the dull glow of midday. She watched the light shift with the reflected branches, moving in an unseen breeze. Jet's arm was casually slung across her waist, the slight pressure rippling up her body.
She turned, feeling their flesh glide together, almost the same shade of white. His arm tensed and her eyes trailed up his body.
Thin arm hair's that matched his blonde hair, the small definition of his bicep and the three freckles that were clustered on his shoulder.
She ran her fingers across it.
A piece of hair sat in the corner of his mouth. She carefully moved it, stroking his cheek. Georgia retreated, hoping she hadn't disturbed him. She rested her head on his chest and closed her eyes. The smell of pine overwhelmed her.
It felt like a forest.
The wind in her hair, someone running beside her.
Nathanial.
The name felt like a weight.
She nestled his chest, shaking the thoughts out and she could picture Christmas. Her yearly excitement at decorating the tree.
'Good morning beautiful.' Jet croaked, giving Georgia a squeeze and crushing her nose against him. 'Couldn't get enough of me?' He laughed.
She pushed against him teasingly. 'Never.' Planting a quick kiss on his lips, she moved to get out of bed. Jet held tight and kissed her neck.
'No.' He whispered into her ear.
Georgia melted back into him, his arms cocooning her and his fingers ran up and down her back. His nails grazed her spine. The sensation sent Georgia curling further into him. The feeling of flesh on flesh made her sigh.
Jet's laugh rippled up from his chest. 'Feisty today, aren't you.'
She looked through her lashes, capturing his ice blue eyes. She could feel that magnetic tug and pulled against it. Sending it towards her. Jet's eyes stayed focused on her, as she gazed down at his lips, parted and pink.
She wanted them.
His lips crashed against hers, the force pushed her onto her back. His sensual lips moved up her jaw, kissing the tender parts of his neck.
'Jet.' She sighed.
His head appeared, an eager smile on his face. 'Would you like me to stop?'
Georgia shook her head, his eyes already moving back to her neck. He kissed down her neck, between her breasts and over her belly button. Georgia bit her lip, her teeth barely holding back her moans.
'That was amazing.' Jet smiled and kissed Georgia's sweaty forehead.
Georgia beamed, digesting each word slowly and letting her joy spread across her body. 'We'd better get up.' She said, the smile still on her face.
Jet wrapped his arms tighter around her. 'Nope. We're staying here.'
She laughed as she fought against him. 'We can't. We have to show everyone that we're okay.'
He held tighter. 'Why? They know what we're up to.'
Georgia blushed and gave Jet the full force of her pity face. His arms involuntarily lessened as his face came over with worry. Georgia held the doona tight as she jumped up and faced him with a cheeky grin.
Jets face dropped in shock. 'You tricked me.' He laughed.
'It wasn't that hard.' She teased.
A smirk drew across his lips and her smile faded. He was up to something and Georgia searched for what it was. The corner of the doona still lay on the bed. She made a sudden dash for the bathroom, pulling the doona with her.
