Chapter 31: Stomach ache

Chapter 31

Katniss P.O.V.

The door opens and three short humans comes inside the room.

"Oooo Peeta you have go to the room beside this one, Katniss is ours from now on", the guy of the three says.

We look at them. One guy and two girls. They are dressed in a very weird way. God.

"We are her prep team and your prep team is waiting for you next door", one of the girls says, she have tattoos instead of eyebrows. Is that suppose to look good? Because it really don't.

"Oh..." Peeta says and kisses me. "I'll see you later then Kat".

I smile at him and I see him leave. It hurts in my stomach. I don't know why, but it hurts. Ow.

I ignore the pain and sit down in a chair.

"I'm Flavius", the man says. "And this is Octavia and Venia".

Venia is the one with the tattoos, Octavia don't have any tattoos, but her skin is green. Light green. Although green is my favorite color, this does not look good. But I don't say anything. It's not use to comment them for their looks when I'm ugly myself.

"I'm Katniss", I say, stupid as I am, because they already called me by name.

They seem to see that I regret saying that and just laugh it away.

"You're pretty, but we are going to make you even prettier", Octavia says. "Our first stop is in a few hours and then you need to be all fixed and have eaten".

Oh.

They immediately start to fix me.

When they rip off my clothes I feel like slapping them. But I figured maybe not. I mean they are my prep team. My assistants, so it's not time for me to be shy about my body right now.

First they lay me down on the floor. I don't ask why, but then I find out, when a pain hits my leg and stings. They're waxing my legs. Oh god that hurts. I almost forget the pain I have in my stomach. Almost. After they're done waxing my hole body, I'm sore all over.

They give me a bathrobe to put on before they put me down in a chair and star to fix me. Flavius starts with my hair, Venia starts with the makeup and Octavia with my nails.

I don't know how long I'm sitting here. But they make it seem like an eternity with their babble. I don't even know how you can have so much to talk about. I mean they don't shut up one second, not one. How do you do that? I mean come on.

But then they tell me I'm done. They tell me to sit put in the chair and the. They run out. They didn't let me look myself in a mirror, and I'm sitting towards a wall so I can see anything. Oh well.

My stomach hurts like crazy. I put May hands onto the wall and scream out in pain. But I keep the tears inside of me instead, because I have new makeup on my face. I span my whole body
I hear the door open and close.

"Katniss you can come here", I hear a vice and I turn around. Cinna. My stylist.

"Oh hey, Cinna right?" I ask, standing up.

"Yeah, I have your clothes", he says. "Your grandmother Ruby told me your size, so I think it's gonna fit.

"What is it?" I ask curiously.

"You'll see", he says, smiling.

He make me close my eyes. So how am I going to see?

Oh well I'm stuck with this Cinna for quite some time, so I might as well trust him.
