Chapter 21: Don't wanna talk about it

Chapter 21:

Katniss P.O.V.

We meet the others at the gate.

"Why do you carry her Peeta?" Prim asks.

"I'm tired alright", I say.

"Yeah, and you told me that you love it when he carries you", Annie says.

"Traitor", I mumbles as I feel Peetas eyes on me. "You can put me down now babe".

Peeta chuckles and puts me down.

We walk down to the entrance floor of the airport.

I can see some people with big signs, that says, Katniss, Prim, Peeta, Annie and Finnick.

I see Glimmer, Marvel and Uncle Anton.

"Uncle Anton!" I say, throwing myself in his arms.

"Katniss!" He says happily and hugs me back.

I look back at Prim and she's hiding behind Peeta.

Uncle Anton has moved down here to Atlanta again. So he hasn't met Prim at all, but his brother, Marvel and Glimmers father has met Prim.

"Prim come here", I say and grab her arm. "Uncle Anton, I want you to meet my little sister Primrose".

I pull Prim forward and put her in front of me.

Uncle Anton smiles big at Prim.

"She's like a mini Mary, she looks exactly like Mary in this age", Uncle Anton says. "Hey Primrose, I'm your Uncle, I'm Anton".

"I know Katniss told me", Prim says. "I'm really mad at mom".

Thn she actually hugs Uncle Anton.

"Uncle Anton, you know, she's a mini you too, I mean you and mom are twins after all and the only thing different about you is that you have short hair and she wears make up, and have boobs", I say.

Uncle Anton starts to laugh.

"Well we better get going, grandma told me in the phone when we were on the plane that she longed to see me and meet Primmy", I say.

I actually talk to grandma and grandpa a lot on the phone. We talk like once a day. Now when I have them in my life, I'm not gonna waste any time, and whenever they want to talk to me, I make time to talk to them.

"Yeah they can't talk about anything else", Glimmer says, smiling big as we walk toward the cars. "It's really fun to see them so happy".

I smile. I miss grandma and grandpa so much. And it's actually nice to hear that they've missed me as well, that only means that they like me.

We get into the car and Uncle Anton drives off towards grandma and grandpas house.

"Is it far?" Prim asks.

"Not too far, fifteen minutes, maybe less", Marvel says, wrapping his arms around Prim.

He has been very protective over Prim every since he found out we're cousins. He would have been over me as well, he told me, if it wouldn't be because of the fact that if someone can take care of herself, it's me. But he can't fool anyone, he really is a bit protective about me, so now I have three protective boys around me, my boyfriend Peeta, my none related brother Finnick and my cousin Marvel.

"Marvel, when the hell are you going to ask Clove out by the way?" I suddenly ask and he gets pale.

"W-what?" He studder.

"You heard me, when?" I ask. "I've been trying to get you two together, I know you like her so don't even bother denying it, I just don't get why you won't do anything about it, I mean look at Glimmer, she got Cato, you can get Clove".

"She's right, and your odds are way better than mine was", Glimmer agrees, stroking Prims forehead.

I lean against Peeta and he starts stroking my hair. I love it when he strokes my hair, it really calms me down.

"Can we not talk about this now?" Marvel asks irritated.

"Fine", I sigh. "But trust me, we are gonna talk about this sooner or later".

"Whatever", Marvel sighs.

The car stops.

We're here.

Finally.
