R&M-Season 3 (SPOILERS, sort of)

Let's talk about that new season we've all been waiting for.

What I mainly want to focus on is Rick's character and the effect it's had on fans.

It's fine that there's a depressed alcoholic in the media like him, if anything, that's what we want since there's been less and less of them recently.

People see Rick going through a lot if shit and all of a sudden, they're like "me!! omg! I'm so depressed and I drink the same way!!" and it's almost like they try to mimic that sort of vibe our beloved grandpa gives.

And it appears that its only in the few episodes of season 3 that we were given that he reveals a few things about his inner self. In the Pickle Rick episode, we get a little peek as to why he reacts to certain things he does, when he's questioned by the therapist.

Of course there's more examples, but what I'm trying to say is-

You do not want to fall into what Rick has to deal with.

Stop romanticizing or making mental illness like depression look 'fun' and 'cool' just because a character or person you like has it and doesn't react the steryotipcial way.
