Ok so this is my literal input on Lizzie.
All the anime did was take on the stereotypical girly anime character trope and slap it on her.
It's really sad to see that a character went to waste like this.
Also, in my opinion, manga Lizzie had a much better fashion sense. See how here it's rather simple looking but cute?

It literally looks like this bitch tries to slap a bow on everything. It was much better placed near the neck in the manga character design.
