Does anyone else get cry constipated?
Like, you wanna cry, your stomach is ready, your face is heating up and all that shit but-
No tears come out.
So you just sit there like an idiot and spend the next couple minutes wondering what the fuck is going on, why you can't.
And it's twice as more painful because it's like you're holding your breath, but with your eyes.
Fuck there's so many shit that I don't know how to feel about that I've been doing recently and
Shit I just want a therapist honestly.
