The next morning, I woke up and Ross was gone. The bedroom door was still locked and I was still half naked. I took my phone from the night stand and checked it. I had two messages from Ross.

from rossy: last night was really fun :)
from rossy: also don't think i left you! i'll be back in 20 mins

That text was sent 15 minutes ago. I went to use the bathroom and then combed my hair out the best I could with my fingers. I pulled it up and then went back to the warmth of the bed. Just as I got comfortable, there was a light knock at the door. I ran to open it.

I cracked the door and peeked out before seeing Ross and opening it all the way to let him in. He had a bag in his hand.

"I bought us some breakfast." Ross said with a smile. "Hopefully you got my texts."

"Yeah, yeah I did." I told him. I closed and locked the door behind him and then crawled back under the blankets. I covered my body so I wasn't just sitting there half naked.

"And I packed you a change of clothes last night so you wouldn't have to walk around half of today looking like Harley Quinn." Ross said and handed me a tshirt and some pants.

"Oh so you don't like my costume?" I joked.

"No! No I... really loved it." Ross said as he sat down beside me. He was wearing his joker shirt and some blue jeans he must've packed. I couldn't look at him without smiling. And once I started smiling I couldn't stop. He handed me some food.

"What?" Ross asked and chuckled.

"N-nothing." I looked away.

"Cam... i'm sorry about last night. I shouldn't have done that, we were both drunk." Ross looked at the ground.

"What? No, there's nothing to be sorry about. Really." I said to him. He looked at me.

"Really? Because usually when I touch your body you get squeamish and I feel like I did something you didn't want." Ross said. "But last night you were different."

"Alcohol calms my nerves. You've never done anything to me that I didn't love. Sometimes it's just, you know, hard because-" He cut me off.

"Yeah I know." He said.

"But honestly don't be sorry. I wasn't too drunk last night. I had fun." I said. And then Ross' huge grin was back.

We ate the food and shared a frappe that he bought for us. I got changed into the clothes that Ross had packed the night before and then gathered the clothes that were thrown around the room last night.

"You ready to go home?" Ross asked.

"Well i'm ready to leave but I don't want to go home yet." I admitted. At home, we couldn't kiss whenever we wanted. Anna, Bella, and Brody are always everywhere at the house.

"Yeah..." Ross agreed.

"But... Anna is expecting us. What time is it?" I asked. Ross looked at his phone.

"Three thirty." Ross said. What! It feels like 7am.

"I told her we would be back in the morning, we should go home. Is anyone downstairs?" I asked.

"Uh, yeah. There's people everywhere. Let's just go out where we came in last night." Ross said.

I grabbed our stuff and followed him out the door. We walked outside and down to the truck that was parked in the back yard, away from most of the others. For some reason Ross followed me over to my side of the truck.

He grabbed my hand which made me turn around to look at him. He kept a hold of my hand and put his other hand on my hip. He slowly leaned in to kiss me. Finally.
