part 31

The following Friday, we woke up and went to school as usual. Nothing grand happened throughout the week. Every day after school Ross and I worked on homework and listened to music together. Friday after school, Anna picked up me, Bella and Brody because Ross had practice.

"You guys said you would be home tomorrow, right? Text me when you get there." Anna said once we got home.

"Don't worry Anna. It's a sleepover, Ross and I have both been to a sleepover before. We will be just fine." I assured her.

"Okay, okay you're right. Text me if you need anything though." Anna said.

"Where are you headed?" I asked.

"I'm taking Bella and Brody to the hospital. Bella has a follow up appointment, nothing major." Anna explained.

"Oh, okay. Well, see you tomorrow." I said. Bella and Brody hugged me and then followed Anna out the door.

Finally, home alone. I decided to group text Becca and Callie.

to becca and callie: you guys going to the party at dylan's tonight?

from callie: heck yeah! i don't have a date :(

from becca: me either. we can all be loners together

to becca and callie: actually... ;)

from becca: omg NO WAY

from callie: tell us WHO

from becca: this is crazy how did you NOT tell us earlier. spill

to callie and becca: okay well it isn't really a date but i'm going with ross

from callie: NO WAY OMG THE HOTTEST GUY EVER

from becca: ooh so you're a thing now?!!!

to becca and callie: no we aren't a thing, at least i don't think so. would that be weird? we live together! as far as i know we are going as friends.

from callie: oh i know ross. he could get any girl he wants to go to the party with him. he is so into you

from becca: it wouldn't be weird! most people at our school don't even know you guys live together.

to becca and callie: okayy, anyways what are you guys dressing up as?

from becca: some kinda zombie witch thing. the clothes are all ripped up, but i have to do my makeup and i suck at it

from callie: i'm going as a cheerleader, nothing awesome. it was all last minute

to callie and becca: i can do your makeup, i used to be in a special effects class! i have to do my own and ross' makeup

from becca: okay yes! that would be great

to becca and callie: just meet me at the game and i can do it at ross' truck

They both agreed and said goodbye. I grabbed my phone and went to the bathroom. I went to take a shower and even played some music for once. It was really nice being able to sing in the shower. I would never ever do that if I wasn't alone.
