Chapter 2

Dominic's POV

I jumped on my bed when i entered my room. Nasa isang hotel ako ngayon here in Los Angeles. I will have my concert tomorrow.

I'm so contented with my career although i still have goals that I want to achieve in the future. I am now on my 3rd year in showbiz and it has been one hell of a roller coaster ride.

Di ko akalain na sisikat ako ng ganito. Sabi nila i have the looks and the talents. I am so lucky, thanks sa genes ng parents ko.

My phone rang kaya naputol ako sa malalim na pag iisip. It's my best friend and also co-artist Diego.

"Hey waaazzzup man!"

"Oopps Dom i heard you're in Los Angeles now"

Dom ang tawag sakin ng mga close friends ko.

"Yes dude we just arrived here a couple of hours ago"

"Ah ganun ba, napatawag ako kasi kinikulit ako ni Keana na ilakad ko daw sya sayo dude" natatawang sabi ni Diego

"Oh c'mon Diegs, you know I have no time fo that."

Si Keana, napakakulit ng babaeng yun. Anak sya ng friend ng mommy ni Diego.I consider her as my stalker buntot kasi lagi kahit saang event na nandun ako daig pa nga nya ang fans ko.

"Naiinis na ako pare, ayaw nya akong tigilan eh. Actually nasa labas na naman sya ng dressing room ko and I'm really pissed right now, nakakairita alam mo yun"

Halata na ang inis sa boses ng best bud ko.

"Ok dude, sabihin mo nalang na makikipag kita ako sa kanya pag uwi para hindi ka na nya kulitin"

"Ok Dom, para matahimik na yung babaeng yun"

And that ended the call. Napailing nalang ako, i don't have a choice, baka ipagkalat pa ng babaeng yun na snob ako. Sa panahon ngayon kahit rumors lang papatulan ng mga paparazzi.

I just open my social media account to kill some time, hindi pa naman ako inaantok.

I check my twitter if what is trending at this moment and as expected nasa top trend ako worldwide. Grabe talaga mag tweet ang mga supporters ko.

The next trending story caught my attention, it's about the final results of a singing reality show na "The Next Shining Star". Isang Felize Mercado ang nanalo but what caught my attention is the 1st placer named Stella Racal. I find her...cute.

She is so petite, ang beauty nya hindi naman sobrang ganda but she's so charming. Napailing ako sa naisip. I had 2 girlfriends na showbiz din but hindi rin nagtagal, maybe i'm still inlove with "her".

Nag scroll pa ako sa mga tweets and most of them are not satisfied sa naging result ng botohan ng show. Many of them were rooting for Stella Racal. Na curious tuloy ako if she's really good and decided to check her videos on youtube..marami pala syang nagawang cover ng songs. I clicked one of her videos while she's playing the piano.

Then she started playing the piano and i can say na talagang magaling ang mga daliri nya sa pagtipa nito. I started getting the chills when she started singing.

She's about to hit the chorus when someone is calling my phone, it's my manager. Damn! But i have to take this call baka magalit pa sakin ang manager ko.

"Dom you have to prepare, we will have your presscon 3 hours from now"

"Ok Mike, i'll just sleep for 30 minutes then i'll be ready to go. See you later boss"

Mike, my manager is just 25 years old so I also consider him as an older brother. Isa sya sa key kung bakit naging ganito ako ka successful ngayon.

Matutulog muna ako, but hell, i need to finish watching that video..

Third person's POV

Hindi matatago ni Dominic ang ngiti while watching Stella's videos on youtube. Hindi narin sya nakatulog dahil isang oras na rin pala sya nanunuod. He jumped off the bed at nagsimula ng mag ayos baka ma highblood pa ang manager nya if maghihintay pa ito ng matagal sa lobby.

Gaganapin ang presscon sa isang kilalang restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. After 15 minutes ay nakarating na sila sa venue. Maraming mga pinoy fans ang naka abang at may kanya kanyang streamer stating how they love me.

We love you Dominic!!!!!

Nag chorus pa ang isang group of fans nya. Napangiti nalang siya at kumaway sa mga ito. It's been 3 years at dapat sanay na sya sa atensyon ng publiko pero hanggang ngayon na ooverwhelmed parin sya.

"I love you too!" Sagot ni Dominic sa fans, halos mangisay ang iba sa sobrang kilig.

Pagpasok nila sa venue ay naka upo na ang press. Pag start ng presscon ay sunod sunod ang mga tanong ng mga reporters, karamihan ng tanong is about his album and concert, some ask him about his love, he just told them that he wants to keep it private teasing the press pero sa totoo ay wala naman syang girlfriend sa ngayon.

"Dominic, do you want to collaborate with other artist sa future album mo?" Tanong ng isang press.

"Yes, i want to, there are many young talents out there that i'm willing to share my music with"

"So do you have someone in mind to whom you want to collaborate with?"

Nag isip ng ilang sandali si Dominic..

" I want Stella...Stella Racal"
