The 2ps are the kind of people who need a routine, and the moment even the smallest part of the routine is changed, everyone is offset.
Let's use Santiago going on a business trip as an example.
There are 4 core people this will effect: Flavio(Dating/Lover), Luciano(Sees him as family), Klaus(Best friend), and Francios(Best friend).
There's only 4 core people, but otherwise it spreads like a virus.
Flavio is upset, putting off most of the others(Since let's face it, he's a social butterfly.).
Luciano alienates himself, saddening the rest of the 2p axis and by extension effecting their friends and family.
Klaus is depressed, putting Roland and Julia in a bad mood.
Francios is more hostile than usual, putting 2p FACE off, and by extension the rest of the 2p allies.
So therefore practically everyone is effected, just by Santiago going on a business trip.
But when he comes back, the routine is resumed, and everyone and everything goes back to normal.
TL;DR They're different, but they all require a status quo.
