This is my version of 3p Spain. I don't have many other 3p designs yet, so other than this bab and 3p Romano, I'm going off of Ask-3p-Dark-NItaly on Deviantart. (They have desins for other characters too, but for me I mostly like their representations of Italy, Germany, and Japan, and I have a really interesting idea for 3p gerita in a later chapter, but I'm getting ahead of myself.)
So now you're wondering, "now I wanna see 3p Romano!" Well you already have. Remember the Halloween special? Take a wild guess who Nico is.
I also go with the beleif that the 3ps are like the 2ps 2ps, (what the fuck, right?) And that in the 3p world, WW2 never ended, and everyone is at each other's throats.
NOW BACK TO THE BAB
So his name is Julio, and he's like the shy, sweet guy, but because of the current conditions of his life, he has severe anxiety and is super jumpy.
Now here's where I explain.
So 1p Spain practically worships his Romano, 2p Spain is mostly indifferent about his Romano, and 3p Spain is absolutely TERRIFIED of his Romano.
What?
So the story thus far is that Nico fell in love with Julio, but because he's a type 2 yandere, Nico had immediately resorted to chasing and hunting his crush, which caused Julio to be firced into constantly running away. But the thing is, in Nico's mind, they're already in a relationship, which warps part of his already insane reality. To Nico, they're just playing hide and seek. To Julio, he's being hunted for some unknown reason and has to constantly run away for his life.
Julio talks in short sentences and often repeats what he says a few times when distracted.
Example: "No, no no. Can't talk. Really sorry. Might be listening. Can't risk it. No, can't risk it. Too dangerous."
If you manage to get him away from Nico long enough to have a conversation, you'll learn he's a really sweet and kindhearted guy. He's a quiet guy who likes books and reading, but he doesn't have time anymore, seeing as he's constantly running for his life.
But things aren't always like that. When he's able to get away, you can usually find him curled up reading in a bookstore, or enjoying a calm afternoon café.
He wears the jewlery that was a gift from Nico, because even though he's being chased by him, a gift's a gift, and he's too nice to just get rid of it.
Speaking of nice, I'd say he's extremely kindhearted, too kindhearted, he's really a big pushover.
He only really has one friend, Sarnitello. (3p Seborga) They're both part of the resistance against the war.
He's just a really sweet and nervous bab that just wants to make you happy.
