Neo's Motive

(Y/n) just continues to lie there as he stares at Neo, completely confused. One moment she is trying to kill him and the next she is helping him up. He is then snapped from his thoughts by Neo snapping her fingers in front of his face. Upon getting his attention, she extends her hand once again looking a little impatient this time. (Y/n) then decides that if she was going to kill him she would've already done it so he accepts her help. As he is pulled to his feet his wounded leg prevents him from being able to stand on his own thus, Neo lets out a silent sigh as she puts one of (y/n)'s arms over her shoulder to help support him. She then begins to walk him to an abandoned house that resides near where they finished their battle. Upon entering (y/n) is able to tell this place hasn't been lived in for years but yet there were two sleeping bags and a stack of fire wood. Neo then sets (y/n) in a chair propping his leg up before she goes off to grab something. She comes back a few minutes later with stitches, a roll of bandages, a pair of tweezers, and a fifth of whiskey. She then pulls (y/n)'s pant leg up so that she can begin work on the leg, she then begins to pull out a few tiny shards of glass that are still stuck in the leg. After the last shard is removed she carefully wraps the leg with the bandage and then pulls his pant leg back down. She then takes his right hand which is pouring blood from a few holes left by the glass he removed. She begins to look at it as she thinks of what to do with this one, then she pours a little of the whiskey over his hand as to clean his wounds. As she does this (y/n) grimaces a bit, to which she mockingly looks up at him and makes a motion as to say he's being a cry baby. After that she begins to wipe away the blood with a towel before wrapping it in a bandage as well. She watches as (y/n) tries to sit up only for him to grimace in pain and reach for his side. This immediately gathers her attention and causes her to look at (y/n) and motion for him to take his cloak and shirt off. To which he reluctantly complies, upon removing his shirt Neo is surprised to see the state of his body, but it's not his muscle tone, it's the amount of scars tattooed up and down his entire torso instead. She then looks to his side to see a deep and long cut to which she grabs a set of stitches and the whiskey which she hands to (y/n) first to get a sip, of which he takes. She begins to lightly pour the whiskey across the wound before, taking the needle and string she's using to stitch up his side. As she is doing this (y/n) is trying to fathom what she could possibly want, as usual his brainstorming yields him no good answer. Upon finishing the stitching he turns to Neo and asks.
(Y/n):"Can I get my shirt back now? It's freezing in here."
Neo then shakes her head from left to right signifying her telling him no before she leaves the room again. She returns quickly with a black long sleeved shirt with the Beacon logo on it which she hands to (y/n). Neo then takes a seat across the table from (y/n) as he puts on his shirt which causes (y/n) to ask.
(Y/n):"While I appreciate the medical assistance. My question still stands. What do you want?"
Neo then pulls out a note pad and a pencil which she uses to write. After she finished writing she gave it to (y/n) and it read.
"Well, I need a little help with something."
This causes (y/n) to ask.
(Y/n):"And why did you come to me of all people?"
She then begins to write again. As she does this (y/n) comments lightly.
(Y/n):"Yeah, this isn't gonna get old at all."
She slides the notepad back to (y/n) once again and it says.
"Because me and you have something big in common. I'd like your help because your one of the strongest people I've met, who hates the white fang and Cinder as much as I do."
(Y/n):"I thought you used to help Cinder and the white fang?"
She then writes.
"Yeah, I used to. After the fall of Beacon they decided they didn't need me so they tried to kill me. So now I want to bring everything crumbling down around them. I want to ask you something because, even after all the info Cinder gathered on you there was something even she couldn't figure out. Why do you hate the white fang so much?"
(Y/n) tenses up a bit which Neo picks up upon, (y/n) then says.
(Y/n):"Well Neo. When I was only seven I watched my mother murdered right in front of me by a member of the white fang. Then, after that he cut my left eye out of my skull and I swore I would tear them apart someday."
Neo sits there in a slight state of shock as to what (y/n) had just told her. (Y/n) is the one that continues the conversation by saying.
(Y/n):"Well as it happens Neo I'd be more than happy to aid you in your campaign against the white fang and Cinder. I actually have something that could point us in the right direction and who knows maybe you'll know where to find them. You'll have to bring me my duffle bag first, though."
Neo is quick to get up and grab (y/n)'s bag which she plops on the table in front of him. He reaches into the bag as he pulls out the team DEMN wanted poster, this immediately grabs her attention as she begins to write quickly. She once again hands the notepad to (y/n) which says.
"Of course how could I not have thought about going after them. Once we've dealt with them, we'll go after Cinder."
(Y/n):"Neo look. As much as I'd love to kill all of team DEMN as quick as possible. Just me and you will be destroyed by them with ease. We need to bide our time and gather more teammates."
She then writes.
"Well couldn't we just get some of your teammates?"
(Y/n):"No. They would never go with the idea of killing people, we'll just have to find some people willing to help us. Got any ideas."
She then lets out a sigh slamming her head on the table leading to (y/n) saying.
(Y/n):"I'll take that as a no then. Look let's get some rest and tomorrow we'll begin to search for people to aid us alright?"
She just gets up and walks over to the fire place as she attempts to make a fire. (Y/n) watches as she is failing to light the wood which causes (y/n) to walk over and say.
(Y/n):"Don't worry about it I've got this."
Neo just crawls over to her sleeping bag and begins to get inside. In the few seconds she was turned away (y/n) had the fire going pretty well. As he turns back to her she was completely out cold asleep, (y/n) then crawls into the sleeping bag next to her and slowly drifts off to sleep.
