It's so cold....(RWBY Male insert)

The Bar

-three weeks later-
(Y/n) and Neo are walking along a path that seems to have lead out of the blizzard like terrain they had been. Though there is still snow it's in very thin layers, at this (y/n) says while pulling down his hood.
(Y/n):"Finally, it's not freezing cold. I think if I never saw snowfall again it would be too soon."
Neo just nods as she pulls off her jacket, (y/n) does the same before putting on the lightweight cloak he had made before setting out on this journey, he also pulls the scarf from around his face to around his neck. They continue to walk for awhile until they come upon a bar (y/n) then looks to Neo and asks.
(Y/n):"Want a drink?"
Neo nods while smiling. Thus they enter to see there is a band playing music as (y/n) and Neo walk up to the bar to sit. (Y/n) then scans the room to see wether he can show his ears or not. Thankfully, it seems to not matter if he shows them so, he pulls his hood done and relaxes a bit as he looks to Neo and asks.
(Y/n):"What do you want to drink?"
Neo then points to a simple bottle of bourbon. So (y/n) tells the bartender.
(Y/n):"Two shots of that."
The bartender makes the two shots and puts them in front of Neo and (y/n). The two then cheers and drink the shots down. They then begin to sit there for a bit until Neo writes on a napkin and hands to (y/n) which reads.
"You do realize just me and you can't deal with a whole stronghold on our own right? I only ask this because you don't seem worried."
(Y/n) then says .
(Y/n):"I'm aware of that Neo, I've been racking my brain around who else we could get to help us."
Their conversation is interrupted as the band abruptly stopped playing as the singer got up and shouted at his band mates and left. One member of the band then got up to the mic and asked.
Band member:"Hey um look I hate to ask this but does anyone in the crowd know how to play?"
As this was asked Neo elbowed (y/n) in the ribs causing him to ask.
(Y/n):"What?"
Neo then pointed to the stage and back to (y/n) which causes him to say.
(Y/n):"Neo, I'm not going up there and performing."
Neo then looks at him with a begging face, with puppy dog eyes as she mouths the word "Please". (Y/n) then cracks and gives in to the pleading multicolored girl, causing her to look excited. (Y/n) then goes up to the band causing one of the member to ask.
Band member:"What song can you play?"
(Y/n):"You know 'The Unforgiven' by Metallica?"
The band members all look to one another and nod in agreement. Neo watches on as (y/n) begins to play and sing the unforgiven.

Neo is honestly in a state of shock and awe as (y/n) walks back to her at the bar. She then writes.
"How did you learn to play and sing?"
(Y/n) then responds.
(Y/n):"Well I used to sing with my mother. As for learning to play I kinda just taught myself, though it's been a long time since I've played."
Neo writes.
"Well regardless, that sounded awesome!"
(Y/n):"Well thank you, Neo."
As they sit there they continue to take shots and talk about finding another teammate. (Y/n) then says.
(Y/n):"I just can't think of anyone. What about you?"
Neo just shrugs her shoulders. Which causes (y/n) to sigh and slam his head on the bar, while signaling the bartender for two more shots. The bartender then says while serving (y/n) and Neo.
Bartender:"You seem a little stressed man. I don't think you need anymore shots after this."
(Y/n) immediately realizes the slight buzz he has developed and decides it'd be best for him to stop. (Y/n) then looks over to see two guys fighting and then Neo hops off the bar stool and heads that direction causing (y/n) to say.
(Y/n):"Oh this is gonna be interesting."
He then sits back against the bar just watching as the entire bar devolves into a fight. Neo is just beating the ever living shit out of anyone fighting that tries to hit her. The bartender then comments to (y/n).
Bartender:"Your friend girl is pretty badass, man."
(Y/n) then says.
(Y/n):"Well she has trained like a huntress so yeah she knows how to fight. For her fighting these drunken idiots is a joke."
(Y/n) then comes up with an idea for a teammate. He then exclaims.
(Y/n):"Of course how could I be so oblivious!"
After that it seems Neo has beaten everyone in the bar with relative ease. She then walks to (y/n) who is paying the bartender as he says.
(Y/n):"Look sorry for the mess and chaos from my friend."
Bartender then chuckles stating.
Bartender:"Don't worry. Fights break out all the time. So, it's nothing that hasn't happened before."
(Y/n) and Neo then leave as (y/n) tells Neo.
(Y/n):"I finally got it Neo."
Neo just looks at him a little confused at first, until (y/n) continued.
(Y/n):"Our teammate predicament, remember?"
She then recalls what they were talking about before she had went off to brawl. (Y/n) then continues.
(Y/n):"Well, we needed someone that can take a hit and can fight with great strength, right?"
Neo then nods patiently listening to (y/n).
(Y/n):"Well then I have the perfect person. Though I can't promise they will actually be on board but, if they are we'll have a great ally."
Neo looks happy that (y/n) seems a little at ease, wether if it's because of his buzz from the bourbon or the success of thinking of someone who can help them. Regardless Neo can't help but smile as (y/n) and her continue down the path they were previously walking.
