Jimin went into the room not paying any mind that Jungkook followed aswell, he climbed onto the bed and layed on his front not caring if Jungkook stared.
Jungkook then closed the door and locked it walking up to the bed and sat down next to Jimin who was laying down. Jimin wasn't sleeping anymore.. He was just laying there wishing to sleep but he couldn't!
"Trouble falling asleep?" Jungkook asked looking at the older man.
"Yes.." Jimin nodded as Jungkook began to think of something... Until he noticed his overdue book by the nightstand and had an idea.
"I can read you to sleep.." Jungkook suggested. "It works on all the children. I bet it can work on adults."
Jimin turned his head and chuckled. "You are going to read a children's book to me?"
"You can either get bored and sleep or grow sleepy just hearing the stories. Either way, I'll make sure I read as soothing as possible." Jungkook claimed getting up and walking to the book. "There's some good folktales here." Jungkook sat down next to Jimin seeing the boy get comfortable. Jungkook loved this.. He sat there like a father and loved seeing Jimin all wrapped around his blanket like a child.
Jimin thought the younger was weird, he wanted to read Jimin a children's book, speak softly, wait for the boy to fall asleep and tuck him in. Jimin believed it was just Jungkook being silly and caring but Jungkook saw this another way... In a way not even he can describe. If Jimin was to question it, he would automatically just think Jungkook was trying to help.
Just when Jungkook began to read in such a soothing voice, Jimin blushed at how nice Jungkook's voice sounded! This almost made Jimin feel like sleep was calling his name.
Jungkook read Jimin, two long folktale stories as Jimin had his eyes closed at the beginning of the third story. Jungkook closed the book watching how Jimin fell asleep so quickly. Jungkook stood up and tucked the older in and watched him as he had his hands on Jimin's chest where he just tucked him in. "...I wonder.. If I can.." Jungkook said to himself as he leaned his head closer to Jimin's warm forehead and gave him a gentle kiss on Jimin's head.
The kiss was quick, he didn't want it to mean anything romantic... He just wanted to see what it felt like to read someone a book, get so close like this and give them a good rest. Jungkook could say he wanted a child... Just to see what he was missing out on. Jungkook then made sure to check the size of Jimin's shirt and pants size randomly. Jungkook then let out a soft giggle, "So small~" he whispered at the sleeping man.

Jimin woke up the hour before his shift and stretched once he sat up. It was such a good rest, he actually enjoyed it. Jimin turned his head to see Jungkook on his knees as he rested his head on the bed, asleep while holding the book close.
Jimin noticed how peaceful Jungkook looked. He patted Jungkook's hair and reached over to get his laptop that was near the table. Jimin accessed the laptop and checked his mail.. still nothing! Jimin sighed and muttered, "Not so energetic..huh?" Jimin rolled his eyes still turning his head to the younger and smiled.
Jimin decided to search up lists of phobias, desperately searching for something Jungkook had and when he was on a site, he discovered a phobia called, Monophobia.
Everything seemed to match. The constant fear of being alone, was what Jungkook had. Jimin hoped to see if there was anything to help the boy but then thought, he should ask the younger if this is what Jungkook really has, Jimin just didn't want to search up things and claim them to be true. This time, Jimin really needed to ask Jungkook now.
The older set the laptop down and moved up to Jungkook wanting to help him onto the bed. Jimin pulled the boy onto the bed nearly waking him. Jimin layed Jungkook down pressing him onto the bed.
Unexpectedly, Jungkook opened his eyes so suddenly almost startling Jimin. Jungkook looked up and rubbed his eyes making a smile on his face. "You woke up."
"Of course." Jimin claimed standing up from the bed and staring at Jungkook. "I have to ask you something..."
"Go ahead." Jungkook sat up focussing on Jimin.
"Jungkook.. You know I want to help you get over your fears, in order to do that... I had to search up what I could to see what you have. Maybe you know what you have but I don't... So I found a result." Jimin claimed as Jungkook grew silent.
"Jimin... Tell me what you found."
Jimin took in a deep breath hoping Jungkook wouldn't feel bad... Jimin thought Jungkook would feel like he has a problem once Jimin tells Jungkook what he found. "Jungkook..." Jimin walked up to the bed again to sit down. "You're Monophobic.. Are you?"
