nightfall had descended a long time ago. the stars sparkled in the dark sky. shanz tossed and turned in her bed, trying to get herself to sleep. she turned again on her side and glanced at the digital clock, its neon light shining from its position on the night stand.
1.03 a.m.
she turned again and shut her eyes tight.
suddenly, she felt her face being pressed into someone's chest and a pair of warm arms wrapped themselves around her waist.
"go to sleep, shanz..." hinata murmured before pressing a gentle kiss onto her forehead and pulling her closer towards him.
"goodnight, shouyou," she mutterer before closing her eyes.
