We were all just sprawled out over the couches in the living room with two giant uneaten pepperoni pizzas in front of us, still trying to decide on a movie to watch.
"I'm not watching white chicks again" Ryan yelled. "Well fine, does anyone have any other duggestions then?" Tracy handed the remote back to him.
Sawyer had his arm around me on the opposite end of the couch from where Ryan and Tracy were scrolling through movies on the TV. "This is impossible guys, we'll never agree on something" he says.
"How about we scroll down, pick a number from 1-10 and whatever we land on, we have to watch?" I suggest.
"Alright" Tracy snatched the remote from Ryan and sat up a little. "7" Ryan suggested and she scrolled down.
"The conjuring" she said excitedly.
"Okay well it's not like I needed to sleep tonight anyway" Sawyer said causing me to giggle a little. "Great, then it's settled" she clicked it and ran over to the light switch to turn it off.
She was welcomed back into Ryan's arms on the couch and everyone got nice and cozy for the movie. Knowing that things had finally settled and things were good gave me a warm feeling inside.
"Don't worry, I'll keep you safe if you get scared" Sawyer whispered in my ear. "We'll see who gets scared" I joked and cuddled into his neck, wrapping my arms around his torso.
Even through the scary parts I've never felt more safe than in Sawyer's arms under a giant pile of blankets. Although it was funny how he was the one who jumped the most during the movie.
Ryan and Tracy were whispering and giggling to themselves almost the entire movie before both passing out, at which point Sawyer and I turned it off and quietly snuck upstairs.
He pressed me up against the wall as we made out. I reached over and flipped the lights off in my room, making it completely dark.
Our lips were still attached as we made our way over to the bed slowly and Sawyer laid me down gently. This was all very familiar and as he kissed my neck again, I thought to myself; I could really get used to this.
Our hearts were beating fast as we rolled around in the sheets yet again. The night passed us by, we fell asleep so soundly and woke up the next morning in each others arms.
Waking up to another beautiful summer morning and having breakfast with my favourite guy is all I could ask for. I got a text from Cam telling me to meet her at the coffee shop we always go to while we were eating, so I quickly got dressed, gave Sawyer a quick little peck on the lips and went over there.
I was in such a good mood, I was trying not to skip on my way over there. I felt that I wanted to do a good deed today, to spread the joy that I was feeling.
But when I arrived, to my dismay, Cam wasn't in as great mood as I was. She seemed slightly withdrawn when we talked and I found out she actually recently got dumped by the boy she was seeing.
"I'm sorry Cam" I hugged her. She hugged back and I could tell she needed it. She played it off and told me she's got plenty of other guys, but I saw right through her. Camille would never admit she was hurting inside but I always could tell. "It's okay, I didn't even like him that much" she chewed on her bottom lip.
I had originally come to the coffee shop with a plan in motion, hoping that Cam could help me pull it off, but it seems she was definitely in need of some one on one quality best friend time.
"Okay, so I actually have something I need to do right now but how about you come over tomorrow? We can just hang out like we always do and you can choose whatever you want to do."
"Alright, you're gonna regret those words" she smiled. "But what exactly do you have to do right now?" She asked just as the door swung open and the coffee shop bell chimed.
"Hey, Holly. What's up?" Jacob came up with his hands in his pockets and I turned around. The door swung open again seconds after and in walked Georgia, right on cue.
Jacob turned towards the bleach blonde Barbie doll standing behind him. A proud smile came over my face as I saw her eyes light up.
"Why'd you call me here?" He asked, seeming very puzzled. I hadn't told either of them why I wanted to see them, but the way they were both looking at each other, I could tell they figured it out.
"Jacob, I'd like to introduce you to-".
"Georgia, yeah I know" he said smoothly.
She got all shy and giggly which is something I had never witnessed. Jacob smiled and laughed a little. "Hey" he chuckled. "Hi" she looked up at him.
She seemed really nervous, so I thought I'd help them out a little.
"There's a table at the back over there" I pointed. "Why don't you guys go over there and just chat?".
Jacob agreed to it and led her over to the table. "After you" he looked back at me and gave me a sincere smile so I winked hoping to give him the signal to not fuck this up. Cam and I watched as they walked over and sat down.
They seemed a bit awkward at first but they started to laugh and loosen up after a few minutes and we both sighed in relief. Jacob stood up and got in line to order drinks for the both of them which was a good sign.
Georgia noticed me staring so I sent her a quick thumbs up and turned back to Cam who seemed really amused by all this. "Wow, Ms. Matchmaker" she giggled.
"Well I did owe her one" I said.

Sawyer and Ryan were playing Call of Duty in the living room and Tracy was chilling on her phone on the corner of the couch.
I knocked my converse off and gave Sawyer a quick kiss on the lips. "Ew, not in front of me please" Ryan remarked.
I rolled my eyes at him and decide to head up to my room and give the boys some time to do their thing. I'm just glad my brother got his FIFA buddy back.
Before walking upstairs I overheard something that brought the biggest smile to my face. "You better not break her heart, or I'll kill you Sawyer" Ryan said not taking his eyes of the screen.
He faced him while Ryan continued to meticulously press buttons on his controller. "Don't worry, I'd never hurt her" he said.

Later that night after the yelling downstairs stopped I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!". Sawyer opened the creaky door and came in quietly.
"Hey, I'm leaving soon but I didn't wanna go before I spent some time with you". This gave me some serious déjà vu for a moment.
Suddenly, a funny thought popped into my head. "Wanna play some monopoly?" I chuckled. To my surprise he took it seriously and pulled me up off my bed. "Oh you're on" he said.
We had just gotten the board out and set up all the pieces. I looked over at him and his perfectly messy hair from rolling around on the couch the whole day, and I just couldn't resist.
"Actually" I climbed over the board knocking all the pieces down, on my way over to him.
"I have a better idea..."
