I open my eyes with a groan.

The sun was blinding to my sleepy eyes do I put my pillow in front of my face so it could make the light go away.

Today was Monday and I had barely slept during the weekend, all because of some mystery guy whose kiss took me to heaven and back. I wasn't able to find him again after our moment, when I returned to where I last saw him, he was long gone, and I had no scent of him to track him.

I waited to see if he would come and find me like he said he would but so far nothing. It was only after a while that the reality hit me, we didn't know each other names, much less how the other one looked. We were both wearing mask and the illumination was poor in that area, and we had been to busy making out than actually having a conversation, too stunned with that feeling we had around each other, a feeling that I found myself craving like crazy, even my wolf wanted to find him, and that had never happen before with any of the other guys I had dated.

"Get up honey or you will be late for school!" my mother yells trough my door.

Reluctantly I get up and go take a shower to see if I am able to wake up completely. I hadn't told anyone about what happened except for Nadia, I knew she would keep my secret, and she was beyond excited to discover who he was.

Nadia was a hopeless romantic, she saw our meeting as love at first sight and that we were meant to be together, not that I believe in any of that, I just wanted to find him and...be with him. I couldn't quite comprehend it but that is what I most desperately craved.

I finish getting ready and make my way downstairs where my father was eating breakfast with my mother.

"Good morning honey" my mother says when she sees me

"Morning mom" I say kissing her cheek

"You're up earlier than usual, normally it takes an army to get you out of bed" she teases  handing me my breakfast

"I couldn't sleep much so I thought why not arrive on time for a change?" I say with my mouth full of cereals "So, where is my shadow?"

Ever since the night of my birthday, Dax as been following me around everywhere I go, it is beyond annoying but I had to accept his company or father would have my head.

"Some unexpected business came up in his pack that required his presence" my father informed me and I swear I tried not to look too much existed.

"Oh really? So he won't be here for a while?" I ask trying to get more information

"Try not to look so happy about it Juliet, he his still coming back in two months for the weeding." he said and I basically spit out the cereal I had just put in my mouth

"Wedding!?" I yell, I had not been informed of this

"Yes, it was arranged that you two will be married in two months" he explained again looking very calm

"Why so soon? We have only just met!" They couldn't just do this to me

"You will have time to know each other after the weeding" he said leaving no room for discussion

"I can't believe this..." I say "You're so blind with hatred trough the Montague's that you are willing to sell your own daughter just to get what you want."

"I am still your father, I demand respect!" he says angry, good because I was angry too

"Then you are going to have to search for it elsewhere because you will find none from me" I say picking my back and storming off the house with my father yelling my name behind me.
