I wake up at 5 . I throw on black skinny jeans , a dark purple tanktop , and my leather jacket. I try to tame my fiery red hair but fail I leave it down in its natural curls .

I grab my black backpack and my weapons. My Stele , angel blades , thriving knifes and runed blades .

I decide to portal to school today, I just am going to arrive a block away so no one sees me . I draw my portal rune and step inside . I once again, I am the only shadow hunter that can do this . I arrive a block way from school and run the rest of the way I am not even tired when I arrive.

I get strange looks from kids I mean it's the middle of the school year and I am in all dark colors I am bound to draw attention . I walk to the main building for my schedule . I enter and there is an old looking lady at the desk I walk up " excuse me I need my schedule, Clarissa fray " I say .

The old lady looks up then down and hands me a paper "thanks " I mumble and walk away "wait " the lady calls " you need someone to show you around the school let me call someone that has the same schedule . I lady types a few things in the computer then, a tall fair haired boy walks in the office .

" there you are so Jace you will be showing around miss. Fray since you have the same schedule " the lady says " okay follow me fray " Jace says . I don't know why but I have the itching feeling to draw him, I don't know why.

" okay so let's see your schedule so I can see if we really do have the same classes ." Jace says
I hand him my schedule
1st- Art
2nd - science
3rd - math
4th - athletics
5th - combat
6&7th - free

" okay we do have the same schedule also warning you will be the only girl in combat " he says " don't worry I can take down all the boys at this school " I say with some proudness " oh really we will see about that "he replies with a smirk.

We head to art which I love , I mean I must in order to draw new runes.
Our teachers name if mrs.finley , she is a human not a demon . Good I didn't want to have a demon ruin art for me .

" ok class so today we have a new student clarri-" " clary" I Say fastly . Almost all demons know my name so I can't let them know I am here yet . "Right clary, so class today we will be drawing a picture for our newest contest coming up and I am only closing one person per class, you only have today so draw "

I get to work drawing , I draw a magestic horse with a knight one it . I really focus on detail , when the teacher sees my picture she gasps " my, my clary you have a real talent for drawing " she says " thanks " I say back . "I am entering your piece you will win for sure look at all this detail " "thanks " I say again . Everyone groans when they hear my price is entering the contest . I guess it's a big deal here.

Science and math are boring and jace kept on trying to talk to me durning those class . Finally I have athletics then combat where I can "train" a little .

I run to athletic with jace at my heels I change in black spandex shorts and a black tanktop . I see other girls with really colorful outfits but I don't care . I walk out and into the huge gym . I mean it's big but my training room is better . The coach is pacing at the front of the room waiting for people to quiet down . Finally he yells " alright because people won't stop talking we will do a mile run then play dodge ball . Get running"

I start running I am the fastest in the group I am over a half mile ahead of everyone . The coach doesn't look up when I stop by him for my time . " good job jace new record that's a hi-" he cuts himself off when he sees me there " oh never mind uhh clary you got 2.45 minutes that's faster than any kid has ran since the school started " about a minute later jace comes running up .

" well jace looks like miss. Fray beat your record hers was 2.45 you got 4.04 , good job Fray " the coach says the walks away .

After everyone finishes running the coach yells " ok dodgeball. Clary and Jace are our captains clary you choose first " I just point to kids cause I don't know names . After teams are picked we go to opposite sides and grab the balls .

" Ready, set, GO" yells the coach. We begin I already got 3 kids out and I dodge all the balls soon it's only me and jace left . He throws first he hasn't missed anyone yet so I backflip letting the ball fly by me . I land with ease them I throw the ball hard and hit jace on the stomach.

He falls down , I walk over and stand over him. I hold out a band and help him up , he smiles at me . Which I Ignore and go sit down and wait for my combat class to start.
