Tanya's POV

I slipped into a crop top and a pair of skinny jeans. I usually didn't wear any crop tops but today I just felt like it. To impress him? Nope. I quickly tied my hair into a ponytail and didn't bother much with the loose strands of hair that came out of my ponytail. I just tucked it behind my ear and went out of my room. I was hungry and it didn't seem like he would let me go that easily. It was just eating breakfast together, nothing big. I'll eat, come back home. Simple.

We went to the nearest shopping centre to search for a restaurant that both of us could settle with. But we couldn't settle on one. Oh god.

" Burger King?"

"Macs"

"Taco Bell?"

"Wendy's?"

"Let's just go to macs," he decided. Hah. He rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breathe. I only caught the word "boring" Excuse me? It was my turn to roll my eyes. We ordered the food. I took out about 5 dollars from my wallet. " I can pay," he told me before fishing out a fifty dollar note from his own wallet. "Don't try to go all gentleman on me or I'll punch your face," I glared at him and his jaw tightened and his eyebrows furrowed together. He took my money and paid his share of money. I am not those girls who get impressed just because he offered to pay for me. I am NOT stupid.

It was so awkward. There were times we would glance at each other and realise we were both looking at each other before continuing to eat our food again. Sidd cleared his voice after sipping a bit of the coke. " So what are you working as?"

"Accountant" I answered looking at him. Curiosity got the better of me. "You?" "Software engineer" "oh, good to know" I sipped on my own coke. I was looking around when I realised this girl was staring at Sidd yearningly. Of course. Speaking of which, I am curious about his girlfriend ... " Um, how's your girlfriend?" He looked down and avoided eye contact with me. He then looked up and combed his hair back with his fingers. "I don't have one ....how about your Boyfriend?" He didn't have a girlfriend ? Oh maybe he was the type to not stay in a relationship. "I don't have one," I said casually while taking another bite from my burger. He looked amused. I could tell from the heightening of his eyebrows and a hint of smile that tugged on his pink lips. I shrugged.

We finally finished eating and got up from our place, making our way around the shopping centre to get to the exit and go home.

" HEYY SIDDDD!!" What was that high pitched screech?

Sidd turned around and so did I. There stood a beautiful woman. She was wearing a spaghetti strapped pink and blue floral dress that in my opinion, was too short and didn't even reach her mid-thigh. She had an olive complexion and perfect legs and body. Her brown hair was reaching her shoulders and was tucked behind her ears. She was so beautiful and perfect if not for the extra layer of makeup on her face. Seriously? I turned to look at Sidd looking a bit tensed. What's wrong?

"Hi Dahlia," he waved at her. " AHHHH I'm so lucky today!!! Let's hang out together haha" I don't like her voice at all. Or am I just jealous? No I am not. Sidd tensed up again. " Uhhh...." is it because I'm third wheeling?

Sidd's POV

What was Dahlia doing here?? It's been awkward ever since she confessed to me. I wanted to avoid her. I glanced at her to see her noticing Tanya. She looked angry and confused. Her eyes skimmed through Tanya from top to bottom. She seemed to become angrier. " Who is she?" Oh god. What am I going to tell her ? I supposedly have a girlfriend. I am technically not supposed to go out with any other woman. I gulped. I have no other choice.

" Meet Tanya, my girlfriend "
