Tanya's POV

"Why did you drink?" His eyes were narrowed and digging through my thoughts again. He seemed a bit angry. And then it sank in. Him kissing her. He was the reason I drank in the first place. He was the reason I drank and got wasted. And got stuck with Josh. He was not a blessing. He was a devil in disguise. A wolf wearing a hood. Don't think about it. I am not supposed to think about it. I don't care. No, I don't. I really don't. But I do. He is a liar. A cheat. I wanted to cry again. But never in front of him. I am not weak. I tried to hide the clenching of my fists. He was just a stranger. "I don't need to answer you," I hissed before attempting to walk back to my room. But I had to walk past him. I would rather walk the longer way round than to walk past him. I hate him. His hands grabbed my wrist. "Tanya, you told me that you have never drank before and you would never want to drink no matter what. Then why today?" His voice was patient and he didn't seem to show his anger. But I could feel it. He was very angry. Only I had the rights to be angry. "Leave my hand. Now," I managed to grit out. "I won't until you tell me," I will melt if you still hold on to me. "I can drink whenever I want. What is your problem? It doesn't bother you," I found myself growling at him while still not facing him. "I am not against you drinking but you shouldn't have drank that much, you were unconscious you know?" I have had enough of these fake concerns.

I turned around and faced him before speaking up. "It was all your fault, you idiot. Take your filthy hands away from me." Just leave me before I cry over a disgusting creature like you. A creature whom I trusted despite knowing that someday you will break me. All of them are lies. All of them. I believed them. How? His warm hands were no longer wrapped around my wrist. This time I was going to walk right past him. Because no, I should never let him make me.

But his arms reached out and blocked me. "What did I do?" What did you not do? How could he ask me such a question? Did he not know? He was probably taking his chances. I turned to face him.
