Josh' POV

I had to do something. Anything for them to not be together. "He's lying to you," when I'm the one who was lying. She looked confused for a second. Please let it work please... She wasn't convinced. She folded her arms and tilted her head, with her eyebrow raised. Omg.. " What other tales are you going to spin? And does it really matter to you if he lied to me? Why would he lie to me?" She questioned, but I could see the wavering fear behind her facade of trying to brave. She was afraid that I might be true. Good. "Can't you see Tanya? Isn't it obvious? He's a player and a womanizer, the only reason I'm friends with him is because he's my colleague and I don't wanna intrude in his personal life. But this? I don't want you to get hurt Tanya. He is not as nice as he seems to be," I added fuel to the fire. She was looking somewhere else. Her arms unfolded. Her facade was breaking. Yes, keep going.

" He told Dahlia he liked her and guess what? After going out on dates with her and realising she wasn't going to give in to his 'demands', he just left her hanging there and stopped talking to her. Do you want that to happen to you?" And a teardrop rolled down her cheeks.

"Get out," she hissed.

I guess my job is done. I could possibly have another chance too.
