Chapter 16

Tanya's POV

    I couldn't sleep the whole night. Woke up early and took a shower. Thank goodness it's Saturday. I was currently sitting on the sofa watching 'cupcake wars'. This person made a freaking avocado flavoured cupcake... was that even possible? I was so confused. Then another contestant made a chilli flavoured cupcake. Are these people nuts? But strangely the judges said it was delicious.... how?

Thud.

     I jerked back. It's that Sidd idiot. I should calm myself down. Close your eyes, breathe in, breathe out. I opened my eyes to see Sidd. What is life? He was wearing a pair of black jeggings and a pastel purple hoodie that had a quote "live your life rn, there's no later" my Favourite colour!!! He was just standing in front of me looking at the ground. Wuuttt? His hair was still wet and messy but tbh it was kinda cute ya know? Tiny strands of his hair fell beautifully on his forehead. He suddenly looked up and his eyes looked at mine expectingly and his mouth parted as if he wanted to say something. And it sealed into a tight line.

" You wanna hang out? I will only meet my friends in the evening and I have nothing to do..."

     Errrr.... why me....,,, "No, I don't feel like going..."

"Please?"

     I said I don't want to go. Does he not understand? I don even want to talk to him. Spend time with him? NO WAY. I mean he could be cute and handsome and everything but I don't talk to people. I just don't like it. It applies to everyone, including him. If he wants to annoy me, then I can do it better. " Are you asking me out?"

     His head snapped up and his almond shaped eyes widened adorably. Omg Hahahahhahahah "Uh...Um... Nooo" He stuttered and his face turned red and he scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. He had this frown on his face. So cuuuttteee. I should seriously control my fangirling hormones.

Sidd's POV

     Oh my god, what have I gotten myself into?!?!? Okay, now it was true that I was bored and everything. But I could have actually called my friends to currently hang out with me. The thing was that I wanted to get to know Tanya better. Like she seems so cold on the outside but my gut feeling tells me this wasn't her... To be honest, i find her interesting... intriguing even... I donno. Like that time when she cleaned up the mess I made, she seemed so nice. It was so natural. But when she was cold towards me, it was a bit weird?... Like she didn't seem like she hated me but just... scared of me? I just wanted to sort things out between us.

What should I do now? " I am just bored... please? You didn't eat your breakfast yet right? We can go and eat together..." I tried again. She seemed to consider it.

" Okay fine whatever, lemme go get ready"
