GREETINGS! It has been a while, yes?

Well, what are we waiting for? Enjoy Reading!

Last chapter recap: "Kasintahan ko si Anna." Those words were the reason why everyone in school assumed that Miel and Anna were now together. Miel tried to explain this to Anna, which turned out all right, since she didn't make the issue a big deal. When Anna realized that the cafeteria chef and their family chef from years ago were the same person, she could not control the urge to hug him, thinking that she was already safe. However, with Rumia's comeback, she's not.

Note: I will use Third Person POV with Rumia this time, because I don't want to see what's on her mind. It's disturbing.

She's back to annoy me again! Lol.

Their convos, I cannot. *Shakes head

Chapter 34

"Meeting the School Head"

***

ANNA'S POV

I have no idea why, but I got myself sitting inside the office for the second time. Not inside the guidance office, though.

It was the office of the Head this time.

The Principal.

The actual owner of the school.

What did I do this time?

Sigh.

I'm clueless.

I just went to school this day, and then all of the students were staring at me as if I'm the most devious and evil person that has ever walked on earth. Oh, I also noticed that some of the students were holding their phone as they stared at me.

I went to our usual classroom, of course, and everyone was staring at me as well. Even Miel was staring at me weirdly. Or was it just me?

Before he could ask me, or anyone in that matter, a certain teacher announced that the Principal has called me. I looked at Miel to ask him in silence, but he just shrugged at me.

What's with him today?

It's a surprise he doesn't know anything about this.

So now, I am enjoying the silence inside the Principal's office while waiting for him to come.

Oh.

Something clicked inside me.

Was it because of the issue between Miel and me?

I stood up when the president finally entered the office. I bowed to greet him. He smiled at me and gestured for me to sit down. I complied, and followed him with my gaze.

Now that I notice it, this was my first time seeing the owner of the school. I supposed he was around fifty five to sixty, if I'm not mistaken. He looks gentle. His resemblance to Miel was obvious too.

Of course, this man is Miel's grandfather. Why are you even surprised with that?

"I assume you know the reason why you are here, Miss...Miss Morris, right?"

I just looked at him, unsure. Before I could react, the sound of the door being open echoed along the room. It got me confused when I saw Takei-san.

The scowl on my face was still there, even when he finally took a seat in front of me. I looked at him, questioning him in silent.

He shrugged in response.
