'Guys, I'm sorry I skipped out on you the other night, Steve's family just got carried away with dinner, did you still want to do something together?' I say as Jonothan and Nancy lean on his car, looking at my photo album and admiring the memories in them.

'Would Billy mind?, because we're both free tonight, but Jonothan has to babysit Will tomorrow, and I'm baby sitting Mike' Nancy says and I sigh heavily before brushing my hand through my hair and glancing back at the Camaro, he was currently busy talking to Anna, which has been typical as of late, but I couldn't bring myself to tell him. I shake my head when I turn back around, causing a smile to break out on her face.

'I'll make it up to you two, I swear' I promise and the two of them start to talk about remaking the plans and where we're going to hang out, it was exciting. But I couldn't help but let my mind fall back on Billy, he'd been skipping out on me to go to these parties, and my question was if Anna was attending those. It was killing me, but I just zipped my lips and followed Jonothan and Nancy into his car.

'That movie was pretty bad' I laugh as I take a sip out of my unfinished drink, and Jonothan just laughs at the look on Nancy's face. She looked mortified, completely scared from the horror movie we just finished watching, and I noticed this during the movie too, she kept grasping onto Jonothan's hand and squeezed hard whenever the monster on the movie popped up.

'It was scary, why are you two laughing?' Nancy says with a shy smile on her face and Jonothan starts to impersonate her facials when she got jump scared in the movie, I just bursted out laughing while we walk towards Jonothan's car.

'It wasn't even scary' I sigh out smoothly as I throw my empty cup into the bin beside me, and then I hear Nancy scoff before she folds her arms.

'Yeah, because Billy Hargrove's your boyfriend, he's as scary as a monster' Nancy says and I feel my throat tighten, it pained me to hear my boyfriend being compared to a creature that scared people shit less on movies, and most definately were the most hated characters on the film.

Did she really think that low of Billy, I mean, did everyone else apart from me find Billy terrifying and monstrous, he does alot of crap things and can be a bit rugged, but I wouldn't call him monstrous. So for a moment I felt my throat go dry, and the air to fall awkward as Nancy and Jonothan wait for my response. I could sense Nancy felt bad for the comment when she opened her mouth to talk.

'Hey, I uh- didn't mean it like that..you know just that Billy is a bit rough and mean alot of the times-' Nancy stumbles over her words as she apologizes, but I push the thought away and plaster a false playful smile on my face before I nudge her.

'I know what you mean, don't worry. Remember that time he chased me down the hallways?' I say and Nancy breaks out of the awkward mood and starts to explain to Jonothan, who, after all these months still hadn't heard about this story. So I let Nancy explain it to him on the drive back to my house.

'Really? If I were around I could've thrown my camera at his head to stop him' Jonothan jokes and I let out a laugh before I lean foward to join into the conversation more.

'Yeah right, you love that camera so much you don't even let me touch it' I laugh out and I watch as a guilty smile grows on Jonothan's face, before he nods and agrees that in the situation he wouldn't use his camera to help me.

'He's just so crazy Emilia, about you and everything...he steals you away half of the time, and he just wants to be with you everywhere you go' Nancy says and I let out a heavy sigh before I signal to her that I'm listening.
