'This semester we're learning about poetry, poets and more importantly, how to fabricate one. So students, we will be learning how to write one this period' My teacher announces, causing everyone in the class, including me, to groan as he switches the lights off before setting up the projector.

'I still can't believe you were shifted to my class' I mumble to Billy who gets ready to lean over from his side of his desk to talk to me, and he gives me an offended look as I scribble down my notes.

'Well suck it up princess, you're stuck with me in two classes' Billy says as I remember we have Biology together too, and I groan even louder causing him to stick his tongue out at me before turning back to his desk and laying down.

Although I had no motivation to learn about poetry, I still jotted down some of the names of famous poets who we had to research later, and I wrote down some keywords on how to write a poem. But I tried not to doze off while my teacher explained the structure of a poem, and I was close to falling asleep until I heard the classroom door open.

'Oh new student?' My teacher questions and I lift my head up when I hear the familiar voice speak.

'Nah, just got shifted into this class today' Jordan says, his voice sounding deep as his eyes scan the room and I see them brighten when he sees me sit up straight and wave over to him.

'Sit with me' I whisper to him as I shift my bag off of the seat beside me and he slings his bag under the desk as he sits into the chair, I look around and notice a few girls looking his way, their eyes watching him in lust as he paid no notice to them. Who could blame them, Jordan was good looking and was definitely in shape.

'I didn't know you were in this class' He whispers to me as we try to discreetly talk.

'I didn't know you were getting moved into my class' I say and I see Billy in my perepheral vision, he's sat up now and watching us intently, and before he could interfere with our conversation, I turn my back to him and make sure there's a barrier.

'Yeah my teacher reckoned my other class wasn't on my level, so I was moved here' Jordan says with a grin on his face and I feel my heart swell at the sight of his dimple.

'Well we're just learning about poetry' I say as I slide my book over to him so he can examine the notes, and he nods as he reads the words and key points. I feel a shy smile grow on my face as a wide smile grows on his, and I nudge him with my elbow as he examines my work.

'What is it?' I question lowly, and he just shakes his head as he turns to me, and instantly I melt at the sight of his chocolate coloured eyes.

'Nothing, it's just, your handwriting is beautiful' He compliments and I feel my cheeks grow hotter as his eyes linger on my face, waiting for my reaction and I thank him as I retrieve my book.

'Just as beautiful as you are' Jordan whispers hotly in my ear, and I let out a shaky laugh as I turn to face him, and of course he has a flirtatious smirk on his lips.

'Hey, I have a boyfriend, remember' I laugh and I hear Jordan groan as he remembers but he just plays it off smoothly.

'Right, I want to meet him' Jordan states and my eyebrows furrow as I process his request.

'Really?' I question and he nods confidently.

'Of course, I think he should know who his girlfriend has been hanging out with, and besides, he sounds cool' Jordan says, and it doesn't sound like a bad idea, so I nod and tell him he could meet him after school, he seemed pretty excited for it. Meanwhile, Billy was sat behind his desk, glaring at the two of us while we talked. But it wasn't until the end of the period when Billy spoke up about it.
