We left the city hall, and we spoke not a word. Cooler heads prevailed on this one. Sometimes I wonder what the boys were thinking?

We left there, going to the school to get our schedules and books. I just wanted to put this idea away far away. All I wanted to do, focus on our senior year and the wedding, well as much as I could concentrate with Lucille being involved, oh boy.

Once we arrived, we got our schedules along with our books, all the while running into the demon spawn themselves. I was talking to the girls while the boys talked to their cousins until Caleb spotted a girl talking to two other girls.

"Now that's what I'm talking about," he smirked.

"Who?" Cody asked him.

"Her," he answered as he pointed at a redhead.

"Dude, no way," Cody replied.

"Yes, way, and she's fucking hot," he said, rubbing his hands together.

I looked at the girls. I knew them. Meg was the redhead, Gema was the one with black hair, and Becca was the brunette. My guess was Caleb was talking about Meg and good luck; Meg has high standards. Caleb, well, he wasn't high enough.

"Dude, I'm telling you, if you go over there, you will trip and fall flat on your face," Cody told him.

"Ye had little faith," he said as he started walking over to the three girls.

"I hope you enjoy eating dirt, you tool!" Cody yelled after him.

"Bite me!" Caleb yelled back to him.

"What's that idiot doing now?" Carson asked us as he walked up and watched his brother walk towards the three girls.

"About to get his ass handed to him by one of the hottest girls here," Cody remarked.

"Good, you would think he would have learned from Maggie hitting him. Maggie, would you think you could hit him again to knock some sense in his stupid ass?" He asked me.

Nash and I looked at Carson, who shrugged, "Just a suggestion."

We watched Caleb approach Meg.

"Well, hello there," he said, trying to act smooth, operative word, smooth.

"Can I help you?" She looked at him, arching an eyebrow.

"Yeah, you, I and a date," he smirked.

"And what would make you think I would want to go on a date with you?" She asked him in a snobbish tone.

"Because sweetheart, I am the guy you want," he answered confidently.

"Says who?" She questioned him with a disgusted look.

"Says me," he replied confidently.

"Doubt it," she shot him down as she rolled her eyes.

"Look, lady, you should be happy to have a Gray hitting on you," he snapped.

"And that's our cue before she rips off his balls," Cody said as he and Carson walked over to Caleb.

"Ladies! Sorry about our dipshit brother," Cody apologized to them. "He has no manners."

"Obviously," Meg said unimpressed.

"We apologize for his lewd behavior," Cody explained.

"Speak for yourself," Carson told him.

"Carson, you're not helping," Cody added.

"Don't care," he shrugged.

"Well, aren't you charming?" Meg retorted.
