Warning: Profanities

------------------------------

It was dark.

Darkness everywhere.

Darkness once again surrounded you.

You wanted to open your eyes but then realised they were already open. You realised that your hands were numb, your legs unmoveable and you just stared and stared at the darkness enveloping you.

Were you dead? Was this the after life?

The hard ground pained your body. Your head felt heavy. Something was wrapped around it.

And then suddenly a static rushed through your vision. And the static grew and grew and it was too painful to watch. Like a glitch in the matrix. A torn screen. With a scream you shot up and with the sudden haste your head was wobbling back and forth with the weight it carried.

How long have you been laying?

A static noise penetrated your ears, it was high and it was quiet, it wouldn't leave. You once again stared at the darkness. Your mind was in a frenzy but then something you'd never expected, reached your ears.

A doorbell.

Your hands slowly moved behind your head and fumbled around, finally you were able to take off the weight. You looked in front of you. A VR device.

Right, I was wearing it before...

A sharp pain interrupted your thoughts, the doorbell violated your mind, tearing a bliss of refection in your dulled senses. Your headache throbbed in your temples and you threw the VR device away.

The door bell got louder and aggressive, your pain grew with each time the hated sound invaded your brain. Lazily while your body ached and felt like being stabbed from all sides, you reached the front door and opened it.

A gust of wind.

A smirk.

Cold prickles of fear ran down your spine.

There he stood and immediately you raised your arms in defense.

You felt soft hands slowly and gently putting your arms down and in view came a sympathetic smile. You felt your cheeks redden a bit, you didn't know he could make that kind of a face. He opened his mouth but before he could say something, a loud and cheerful voice tore the uncomfortable silence:

"HEY HEY! AL! DO YOU REMEMBER ME????"

Blonde hair tickled your nose and his grip around your arm tightened while his cheeky smile was as wide as his face. Steamed Bun recklessly pushed Fang Rui away, earning a scowl from the short haired male.

"Yea... yea," perplexed you answered, your eyes furiously blinking, your mind in a frenzy leaving you in a state of surprise.

"Steamed Bun, get going, we don't want to stay here in the entrance, it's pretty cold," a familiar voice said with a cloud of smoke trailing behind him.

Your eyes widened again, Ye Xiu took Steamed Bun by the collar and dragged him together with Fang Rui and Mo Fan into your apartment.

One after another one, the handsome yet dangerous males made their way in:  a pair of smiley, a pair of uneven, a pair of talkative, a pair of beautiful  and a pair of fierce eyes, directly looked into yours and then passed.

You stood frozen with your hand still on the door handle. You didn't know what was going on, what in the world was happening? Why were they here? Why were those people from your nightmare here? Would they do something to you? Would they harm you again?
