Later on that day Noah and Adaline were sat outside in their garden. Noah had laid a picnic blanket out on the grass under the tree and he was standing over by the bbq cooking some lunch.

Adaline was laying on her back, resting her book up against her bump and was reading.

Noah turned round and gazed over to where she was laying and he couldn't help but just stare. He felt so content with the new life he had with Adaline and he couldn't imagine himself without her anymore.

He was over the moon that their first child would be arriving soon and he couldn't wait to start a family with Adaline.

He smiled as he stared over at her, flipping the pages as the book rested against her bump clearly a make-shift stand for her. Just as Noah continued to stare, the book quickly shot down onto Adaline's chest and she stared over to Noah as she broke out laughing a little.

"Yes?" she snapped over teasingly.

"What? You're just so adorable sometimes" Noah said as he chuckled clearly insinuating her book on her bump situation.

"Yes well, might as well use it for something helpful while it's there" Adaline said as she leant the book back up against her bump and went back to reading.

Noah just stood with a small smile for a moment longer before Adaline looked over putting her book down again.

"The sausages are burning" she stated and Noah jumped round to notice the sausages beginning to smoke like crazy and tried to cool them down.

"Ah shit" he exclaimed as he tried to fix the blackened mess but it was no use.

Adaline just laughed from over behind him clearly finding it hilarious before Noah threw them into the waste bin below the bbq.

"You know..I wasn't really in the mood for sausages anyway" Noah tried to say covering he fact he had just burnt them to crisp accidentally.

"Yeah, me neither this one is deciding the crave some fishfood" Adaline stated.

"Well, how about we pack everything away and drive down to the pier?" Noah asked back as he packed up the bqq.

"Okay, maybe then these terrible cravings will go away" Adaline said as she rubbed at her stomach.

"Alright, let's get you back inside and pack our swimming stuff and go down to the beach" Noah said as he helped Adaline up from the blanket and they went inside to pack some things to take.
