Klaus came rushing towards me, we clashed with a bang as my lips found his.
"You're okay," he breathed, his hand in my hair as he took a step back to examine me.
I nodded, then his lips came crashing back to mine.
"I've missed you," he smiled.
"Hope?" I asked, suddenly panicked.
"She's okay Little Wolf, misses you, but she's okay."
The thought brought tears to my eyes.
"How do we get out of here?" I asked, gripping his arm.
He turned, to face the figure behind him, and for the first time I noticed Caroline Forbes.
I never liked her. The way she gnawed at Klaus, after rejecting him all these years.
"Caroline," Klaus turns to her, "get us out of here."
She nods, then, takes the bracelet from her wrists.
"Bonnie," she says into the little crystal dangling from it. Then she throws it, the crystal shuttering on the ground.
The world around us begins to swirls and I feel Klaus's grip around my waist, trying to steady me.I wake moments later in the Salvatore house, Hope in Elena's arms.
"Hope," I cry out, pushing myself off the ground and running to my baby. She is in my arms in seconds, I feel wet tears running down my face.
"I'm here baby, mama's home," I give her a light squish as she wiggles in my arms.
We had settled down within 10 minutes, I sat with Hope in my arms. Klaus sat next to us, a firm look.
He could feel his chest on my side, his hand on the small of my back.
"Bonnie," Damon begins, blood drips from the witches nose. "I'm okay," she assures him.
Nevertheless, she rests her head on his lap and closes her eyes.
I look around the room, us all linked by one goal.
Protecting our loved ones.Klaus's warm, naked body pressed against mine. His breath warm on my neck as he slept, breathing steadily. Wind blew from a window left open, and I stared as the autumn leaves blew into our room. His arm weigh a ton, wrapped around my waist, his finger sprawled against my bare stomach.
I breathed in his warm, rubbing my legs against his.
The wind blew once more, sending a chilling shiver down my spin.
"What is it love?" Klaus whispered, his voice droopy.
"The window is open."
"Leave it be, Little Wolf. Go back to sleep."
"Okay." I knew I wouldn't. But I found comfort in knowing that he could. He would sleep, a lesser burden that knowing all the horrible things I have done. Things his aunt made me do.
