Hey guys... sorry for the short chapter. I promise the next one will be a lot longer.
I felt arms around me, lifting me and holding me against a hard chest. My eyes were to heavy to open and I had no voice, I tried screaming, nothing happened. I felt myself moving and heard voices but I couldn't make out the words they were saying, only that there was two of them. Then the darkness consumed me again.
I woke the next morning back at home, part of me thought the entire thing was a dream. The only evidence I had was my torn clothes, Marcel had hurt me. Actually hurt me. He couldn't remember what we have been through together but I did, which only made the memories hurt more.
"You're up," Elijah told me. Standing at the entrance of the door, he wore a suit as usual.
"I'm up," I told him, sitting up. My head felt heavy and clouded.
I knew Hope was okay, they didn't hurt her, they were to curious as to how I healed so quickly. I placed my had on my belly protectively.
"What happened?" I asked.
"Marcel happened."
"Oh."
Elijah sat besides me and held my hand in his.
"Hayley," he sighed, "I thought I lost you, I..." before he could finish his sentence my lips went crashing into his. For those moments I didn't care if I looked like I was moving to fast with this Elijah, I didn't care about anything. I recalled his werewolf bitten body and the fear I felt of loosing him. I felt everything. I felt his hand move under my shirt, resting on my belly. My emotions came like a tidal wave, then Elijah froze.
"I remember," he whispered, wide eyed.
"What?" I was in awe.
"Hayley," he kissed me this time, hard.
"We have to tell Klaus," I hopped out of bed. That's when I noticed a large bag standing at the door.
"Are you going somewhere?"
"No... but you are." He sounded sad.
"What?!"
"That was the conditions of your freedom, you and Klaus have to leave. That was the only thing specified, Rebekah and I would come too but Klaus needs us here to deal with the wolves."
"Where are we going?" My head was spinning.
"Mystic Falls."
