The next morning, I woke feeling hope. Klaus and I would make this better, we would save our family. I rubbed my stomach which had a slight bump.
"You will have a family, I promise," I whispered.

I found Rebekah in the kitchen, she wore 4 inch heels and designer jeans.
"Good morning, love," she smiled, pouring blood from a blood bag into a cup.
"Morning," I yawned. I made myself coco pops and sat at the at the table besides her, taking big bites.
"How are you feeling?" She looked concerned.
"Much better," I assured her.
"Hayley, seriously, how are you feeling?"
"I'm fine Rebekah, honestly."
"Okay. Good. So are you going to tell my what that melt down was about? I mean, I know Klaus can be frustrating but I don't think he could do that much damage in 5 minutes."
I laughed.
"Perhaps he can do that much damage," she laughed.
"Rebekah, I'm fine and that's all the matters now."
She contemplated whether she should let it slide or not.
"Okay," she said.
I sighed.
Klaus walked.
"Get dressed love, we're leaving," he ordered.
"Where are we going?" I asked, hopping off the stool and putting my bowl in the sink.
"Just some witch business, then some wolf business which I'm sure you will be interested in."
At the mention of the wolves my heart ached, Jack was among them. He was still alive but he was trapped as a wolf. I read Klaus blue eyes and knew. He wanted an army for our daughter because sooner or later, Dahlia will come for her.

Klaus met me at the car.
"The last time I got into a car with you, Lucien tried to kill me," I pointed out.
"Yes Little Wolf, but I do recall you liking our car rides, especially when we take a trip down memory lane," he smirked.  He held the door open and I got in the vehicle, once inside I rested my hand on my belly. Once Klaus was inside he looked at my hand with a somber in his eyes. I grabbed his hand.
"We'll get her back," I promised.
"I keep trying to find a moment in time that we could edit without having a catastrophic effect and I can't. If my mother doesn't come back we can't defeat Dahlia and in order for my mother to come back Davina has to be sacrificed."
"Klaus, we will figure it out. We always do."
I gave his hand a tight squeeze, smiled at him then let go.

We drove in silence for most of the way, whenever we did talk it was about our plans going forward. Thus far, we knew that we had to get the wolves on our sides, however, we had no idea how to approach them. Klaus's plan was to approach them with me, their Queen but I was an absolute stranger to them. We arrived at the cemetery, Sofie waited for us outside. She wore a top that showed of her muscular arms and tattoos.
"What do you want," she spat as Klaus approached.
"You are God damn luckily I don't have your heart in my hands right now!" Klaus screamed, he was still angry about last night.
"Haley could have died!" He continued.
"Klaus, I had nothing to do with that," Sofie breathed what sounded like an apology.
"But you did kill the last living elder! How the hell are we supposed to survive Marcel now!" She was braver then I thought, going up against Klaus with no protection. She had no idea how much he needed her.
"I don't bleedy care about Marcel! What I..."
"Klaus! Let's not forget why we came here," I told him. Pulling him out of his angry state.
"I know that you want to harvest Davina," Klaus told Sofie, leaving a shocked look on her face.
"What? How?"
"I need your help Sofie."
