"Yeah, I'm bored," you managed to let out, still surprised someone like Min Yoongi had decided to talk to you.

"Where's your friend Jimin?" He asked, voice monotone as if he had no feelings.

But was the question due to him having been observing you or were you thinking too much into it? Maybe it was the second one, you and Jimin were best friends after all, anyone on campus would know. But then again, why was he talking to you in the first place?

"Taking care of Hani," you replied.

"It's dark out there, you should take a cab home," he told you.

How did he know you were about to walk home? You were flustered, surprised someone you barely knew had actually known a thing or two about you. Or maybe it was just a coincidence?

"I live close by," you said looking away from his dead gaze to look at your surrounding. Sure enough, the streets were quite dark despite the street lights standing here and there. "I'd rather waste a few coins on other stuff," you shrugged, not bothered by the darkness.

"What? Food?"

"N-no," you stuttered. Again, were the questions all a coincidence or something else?

It was weird. The two of you had only exchanged a few words in your lifetime but it felt like he knew you more than he should. You barely knew anything about him, why did it felt like he knew everything about you?

It was a weird feeling you were getting. You wanted to doubt it, knowing some popular boy on campus would never notice a normal girl like you but you couldn't help but feel like he knew you.

"I'm serious," he noted. "Take a cab or have Jimin walk with you."

You didn't know what to think at that point. Was the cold man everyone had talked about really Min Yoongi? Because despite his cold gazes, his words spoke otherwise, actually showing concern for you. Maybe he wasn't what everyone had said.

You remembered talking to Jimin once and that he had brought up the conversation on why people thought Min Yoongi was cold all the time.

Now you knew his reasons for the questions.

"You..you're surprisingly warm," you muttered.

His eyes flicked away from yours. "I'm anything but warm, sweetheart. I'm exactly who they say I am." Your brows furrowed. He could tell you didn't believed him. "Believe those words or not, I don't care what people think."

You didn't really know what to say after that. Maybe it was your cue to leave. And that was exactly what you went for.

"Well, goodbye." You bowed respectfully to bid your goodbye.

"You're walking," he guessed.

"I'm walking," you confirmed with a nod. It was a sad opportunity to miss, Min Yoongi actually making a conversation with you but you were going to end it by leaving. As you turned on your heel, he didn't say another word, simply giving up on trying to convince you.

As if on cue, your phone dinged with a text message.

Jimin: Call me when you get home.

You smiled at Jimin's text. It didn't mattered if his words were out of friendship or whatever, you loved it when he showed his care for you.

Whether the two of you had a thing going on, that was a different story because in that moment, you didn't really cared. He was your best friend and whether that story would change or not completely left your mind as you headed home.

Y/N: Of course.

Jimin: Be safe my butterfly.

Y/N: Don't worry. I'll see you and Hani tomorrow.

After sending him the text, you put your phone away and decided on taking the short cut, a street that was away from other pedestrians walking by. It was a bit dangerous as Yoongi had said but you were used to it. What could possibly go wrong?

The lights began to dim much more as you continued on the road but you weren't bothered by anything.

That was until a weird noise made you stop in your track.

Was it a good idea?

Probably not. Running at that point would had probably been the better choice but for some reason your feet couldn't move.

You began to regret on the choices you made, remembering how Yoongi had warned you about the dangers of the night.

You should had listened to him but you were too stubborn and dumb to think. In fact, you weren't thinking at all.

Because at the moment you should've been running and calling for help, you did nothing but stood frozen.

A creepy chuckle made its way to your ears but no matter how hard you tried to move, your body stayed frozen. The only thing you could move were your eyes but at that point you were too afraid to open them.

A hand trailed along your jawline and you shiver with fear from his touches that were as cold as the coldest ice crystal. Your tears were already coming out of your eyes, thinking and knowing that that moment would be your last.

If that was true or not, you just knew you had to know what your killer looked like.

You swallowed slowly and prayed for someone to save you. Gradually, your eyes opened to see your killer right in front of you, face just inches away from you.

Surprisingly, despite the darkness surrounding the two of you, you could make out how he looked like.

His eyes were black, all black with no white to add into the mix. That part itself scared you. His lips curled into a smirk, knowing he had you under his control. He was handsome but that was the last thing on your mind because no matter how handsome a killer was, he was still a killer.

"Royal Blood." He served his tongue on the bottom of his lips, voice raspy as he spoke.

That was the last thing you heard before everything came crumbling down and your body was in severe pain.
