It was blurry at first, but as you slowly blinked your eyes open one after the other, your vision gradually began to clear up bit by bit. You managed to subdue the tiredness in your limps, body startled and it shot upwards as the hazy memories of Zero's murder slowly arose more vividly, triggering your feelings and leaving your body to tremble as you gasp for air.

"Hey, hey, you're okay, you're okay."

The concern in that voice and the hand patted against your back caused your body to jump from the sudden sensation. But as you turned to face the man, you're left to tremble even more as you drowned in your own tears, leaning against him and sobbing on his shoulder while he wrapped a welcoming arm around you.

Gosh you missed it. You missed his scent and those lingering touches meant for comfort whenever you needed it. However this time, his soothing hands that had once always calmed you down was only making you it worse with the vivid memories of your parents death.

So you quickly pushed him away with the amount of strength you had left, which wasn't very much, and all you could do was stare at Jimin's confused but worried eyes before averting his gaze as if just the sight of him would break you.

You could see the hurt in his eyes from the corner of your eyes and you wanted to turn back, to tell him that it wasn't him you were scared of, that it was Zero's fault for having you be reminded of your parent's unfair death when you'd look at him, because he had been quite close to your parents as Hani had been, but you couldn't find the strength within you to do so, feeling way too weak and vulnerable than you had ever been in your entire life.

You felt other eyes piercing through you but even so, you couldn't find yourself looking back at them and simply brought your knees up against your chest to hug yourself as your body was still trembling.

You then felt a hand on your arm, causing you to jump once more at the sensation but also forcing you to look at where the source had been.

Jungkook's piercing eyes looked agonized for the first time and for a small amount, you relaxed just a little at that, yet it wasn't enough to have you stop your trembling, triggering memories still in your mind.

At the reminder that he was your bond mate, that he could feel how scared you were, you found yourself a bit comforted at the thought because despite feeling a bit guilty, you were a little glad that someone else could sense how frightened you were.

"Zero's gone, he can't get to you anymore." He tried his best at helping you ease your nerves and you were thankful he at least had the heart to be sympathetic but his words arose some new worries in you and you quickly turned to Jin, wondering if the man was okay after Zero had attacked him.

As if the man could read your thoughts, Jin gave you a tight, assuring smile. "I'm okay," he told you, "Taehyung did a good job healing me."

That made you look over at Taehyung who nodded.

"Y/N," the doctor began softly, "you can decide to tell us about what had happened with Zero later, but for now, your body needs human blood. I could only give you blood bags while you were asleep, you needed to be awake in order to drink human blood," he explained.

You licked your dry lips and nodded in understanding.

When you got up to walk, you didn't felt as weak as you had been when you were back at Zero's place but you still weren't exactly strong either so you had to lean onto Jimin for some help, which you smiled a thank you to when he offered, hoping it would get across to him that you weren't at all mad at him.

"Zero doesn't know of this location so you're still safe here," Namjoon reassured.

You were glad in a way that when you and Jin had gone off to take a walk, the two of you had gone quite far from the mansion which was a relief because, with Namjoon's confirmation, Zero never figured out where the mansion laid, or if you guys even lived in a mansion at all.
