"Hey, you're beginning to slack off," Jungkook scolded as he gently hit you on the head with a stick.
Groaning, you glared at your soulmate as you threw another weak punch. "I'm tired, what do you expect? We've been at it since nightfall," you pouted, complaining.
"And you think facing Zero will be easier than this?" Jungkook asked sternly and raising a brow. "He's going to kill you if you're like this. Come on, you have the royal blood for a reason, why're you getting tired already?"
"Then let him kill me~!" you whined, not even caring about the training anymore and just plopped your body on the ground even with Jungkook's protest. "I'm too weak compared to him anyways."
With a sigh, Jungkook gave up on trying to motivate you and sat down next to your laid form. "If you keep saying that, it'll come true," he said softly, the sternness in his tone no longer there as he ran his fingers through your hair.
"Well, it's already true," you frowned.
"Hey, where's that brave girl that was here a few moments ago?"
"She's gone. All she wants now are cuddles."
Jungkook laughed, head shaking in denial. "Girls who don't obey doesn't deserve cuddles."
At those words, you were quick to get back on your feet in no time. "Okay, okay, okay!" You shouted repeatedly, actions desperate for the outcome of when training time would be over. "I'll practice hard without lacking if you promise not to take cuddle time away," you promised desperately.
Smirking at your words, Jungkook stood back up and when you thought he'd be going back to training right away, the man instead pulled your head in closer to place a kiss on your forehead.
"That's my girl," he whispered.
If you had a heart, you knew it'd be beating with excitement.

"Namjoon, how powerful is the royal blood exactly?" You asked Namjoon later that day, wanting to distract yourself with some intellectual knowledge after that dream you had. You thought of it as something weird and maybe even a purposeful thing.
Perhaps Yuri really was coming back.
Or something.
"If it's so powerful, why hasn't Zero cease to exist yet?"
Sitting down from across you after grabbing a book from one of his many shelves, Namjoon's answer was nonchalant. "All powers has its limits," the man replied in his deep masculine voice. "Your powers alone can't defeat a demon that easily, it takes a lot of work and effort. But with the help from a seraph blade, one stab is enough to kill Zero."
"Does any of your books tell you anything about them?"
Namjoon shook his head. "If it did, we'd already possess the blade. I've been searching for centuries, Y/N, and still, there's no answer."
Frowning, you asked him another question. "Would anyone know anything about it?"
Again, the vampire shook his head. "I've tried that too. No answer."
"Maybe it doesn't exist?" You intoned. "Perhaps it's just an imaginary object someone made up."
"I've had my theories on that too," he acknowledged. "But I know it exists somewhere."
You furrowed your brows in confusion. "How do you know?"
Looking up from his book, Namjoon have you a slight smirk as he pointed to his head. "Instincts."
