"Looks like Jimin's back," Namjoon announced and you nodded, sensing that familiar smell of his all the way down the living room.
Before you could head out the door though, Yoongi stopped you. "I'm serious."
You paused for a second, staring right back at Yoongi and with a little hesitation, you reluctantly nodded. "I know," you acknowledged before waving your index finger at his face. "But this doesn't give you the benefit to purposely slack off and sleep while the rest of us are out fighting for our lives because I know that's what you'd rather be doing."
His nose scrunched up into an offended frown. "Excuse me? Since when did me saying we'd protect you till death gave you the translation that I'd be sleeping in the midst of everything?"
You shrugged, giving him that obvious look as if he should've known the answer. "Your personality, grumpy dumplings."
"That's exactly what he'd do if he was given the chance," Namjoon voiced in.
"See?"
Yoongi rolled his eyes as he walked past you and towards the living room, arms crossed against his chest like a little pouty kid. "Wow. You guys think so highly of me."
At the childish side to him, you found yourself biting back a laughter as you and Namjoon followed behind the man. "Come on Yoongols, we know you'd never betray your friends."
Hearing the new nickname you had suddenly called Yoongi, Namjoon bursted our laughing. "'Yoongols,' wow, I haven't heard that since—"
"Can you not?" The grumpy cat interrupted but that made you curious so you turned to look up at Namjoon, asking him through your eyes to tell finish his sentence.
Secretly, not so secretly, the man did as you requested, cupping a hand away from Yoongi and leaned down to whisper into your ears. "Since the last time his grandmother had addressed him."
You snickered.
"You do know that I'm a vampire like the rest of you right? I'm not deaf," Yoongi rolled his eyes once more.
"Oh come on," you grinned. "That nickname is adorable. Wouldn't you prefer that over boiled dumplings?"
"His mother called him that," Namjoon informed and once again, you snickered, this time giggles erupting from your throat.
"Stop it~"
"Dumplings, I'm like a reincarnation of your mother and grandmother combined."
The man grimaced and playfully hit you on the back of your head. "That's gross. Don't ever say that again. I can't even—oh my gosh, that is so disgusting."
He looked like he wanted to throw up at just the mention of it and you found yourself laughing even more at Yoongi's reactions.
"Whoa. Since when did you and Yoongi hyung became close?" You heard Jimin asking the moment the three of you had appeared where the rest of them had been.
"Guess our tsundere is having a change in his moods," you shrugged absentmindedly as you plopped yourself next to your best friend.
"Our tsundere?" Yoongi once again grimaced as he took a seat beside Hoseok, Namjoon following suit. "This is why you're a potato. Because you suck and no one likes you and because you talk like my mother and grandmother and that's the most disgusting thing I've ever heard since leaving that household."
"I don't get where you got that salty personality from, they both sound so sweet."
"They're both savages," Jungkook said and that was enough to have you convinced.
