An assignment from CG!
Annie grinned with glee.
Since she was so new in town,
she hadn't known exactly what was going down.
She'd been going to the news office, the Doc's, and back,
And had let some things slip through the cracks.
She had mixed up some of the townsfolk's faces,
And needed to get back in CG's good graces.
Now it seemed that Will Barter
was as slick as his silk garters
CG wanted to know
if he had any tricks up his sleeve,
If he wasn't all he said he was...
If the people were being deceived.
Find out if there was more to Will than met the eye.
First things first: find the right guy.
She didn't tell Bruce where she was going.
For some reason, she didn't want him knowing.
By now she knew all the bad things he'd done
And she just wasn't sure if he was the one.
"When Bruce goes back to jail, I'll end up alone.
No one to care for...I'll be on my own.
If Lou divorces Shamus, he'll be free,
But he wouldn't want me...would he?
Shamus's cousin...he's quite a guy.
What was his name...Brody.
But he seems kinda shy.
He didn't want anything to do with me.
Too busy chasing after Lou, I guess.
She must be the most sought-after woman in the West."
She peeked around the corner and saw Will Barter.
"Get your head in the game...he's smart, but you're smarter."
