We didn't sleep, trying to work out the possibilites of what was going on. All we could work out, however, is that we were on our own even after writing down all we knew in Dylan's book.

2. The boys never talk to anyone else in school so the Ding Dong Ditchers must be someone out of school

3. The deep voice indicates the notes are from someone older

4. They somehow have a picture of us at school so someone is older but in school?

5. Someone broke into Dylan's house

6. The Ding Dong Ditchers know we're meddling with their business

7. The boys are getting notes too

8. Most of the notes were threats to us rather than the boys themselves.

9. We had absolutely no idea who wanted to hurt us.
